I dropped in with coach Emily. Great class and part of an extended training cycle (deload week). Love her playlist. It feels old school CrossFit, less digital and more analog. That’s a good thing. It’s just by the Greenway bike path and has excellent bike parking out front.It could use a bit more external signage, the door just has a stylized “CK”. The photo shows where to enter.

Highly highly highly recommend!!! my husband, and I were visiting from out of town, and had the privilege of dropping into classes and doing some personal training at Kingfield…Danny, the owner is a total pro, super experienced, collaborative, supportive, and all in all has built a really great community of people. The 4 coaches we worked with were all great — just a very competent, and collaborative vibe throughout the whole place.When you’re looking for your new home gym, or for a great place to drop into when you’re in town, we highly recommend Kingfield!!! Thank you so much Danny and team!!!

I've been attending CrossFit Kingfield in Minneapolis for a year now, and I can confidently say that it has been a truly rewarding and life-changing experience. I was skeptical of going to a CrossFit, but took my Little Brother (via Big Brothers Big Sisters) there because a trainer, Jack, was offering services to the program. I was VERY impressed with his professionalism, respect of not pushing the program, respect of my Little's health, us having fun and getting a great workout. Thanks to Jack - he's the best. He volunteered his time to a great program, gave us a great workout. We'll be back!!!

This is one amazing community. Crossfit provides you with way more than amazing results. It provides you with something you didn't even know you needed or wanted, a community who supports you whether you come in first or last, amazing friends and people who have drive and ambition, that motivates you and holds you accountable. I love it so much here!

Best gym ever plus great owner and coach’s. can’t describe everyone is nice, positive people also, glad I met Danny and the coach’s, life changing mentally and physically. I don’t think anyone would ever complain about this gym and it’s people ❤️.

I have been a barbell club member for a while. Super friendly coaches with a lot of knowledge on training. Head coach is also a great olympic lifter. Helped me extensivly with the technique in the snatch and C/J. Members are great and supportive too.

Running a gym is hard work and it takes a certain type of person to do it really well. One of the first things I told Danny was how impressed I was with his consistency. I have learned a lot from the coaches here. It's worth checking out.

I'm surprised this gym doesn't have more reviews, since there's a good amount of people going to classes everyday. First off, let me start by saying that this gym is hands down the best gym I've ever been a part of. As someone who's gone to a crossfit gym before (in LA), I had some idea of what to expect. I knew what the communities often were like, and how WODs were typically programmed. This gym blew all of my expectations out of the water! Starting off, my boyfriend and I received multiple FREE one-on-one sessions with the owner of the gym, Danny, before we even took out a credit card or were asked for our emails. He took us through the different workouts, and trained us on our form for each one. He is personable, provides amazing feedback and tips for how to approach each exercise, and is an all-around awesome instructor. Another instructor, Chris, taught us all of the Olympic lifting styles (snatch, cleans, jerks), and I feel like I understand them better and my form is now much improved under his instruction. Everyone is friendly and nice at the gym, it's super welcoming. A good ratio of guys to girls. The community here is incredible and everyone is very motivated to do their best. Smaller gyms like this one definitely make you feel at home and a part of the team. The workout schedule is innovative and addresses all of the areas that are essential to performing well in the crossfit sessions. Beyond just crossfit the other classes focus on strength, weightlifting, and gymnastics. I love coming to this gym everyday, and you will too! Highly recommend.
