Concerning their website, many times, even when signed in it is not very helpful. My most recent disappointment was trying to find out what Heartgard would cost for our dog. It baits you into thinking that when you are signed in that you will be told what it costs, but then even after signing in, it still does not tell you.

This review is specifically about their gas station. We went to get gas at this Costco last Saturday. It was incredibly crowded there. They had ridiculously long lines of cars. The worst part about these lines though was the fact that cars kept constantly cutting in the lines. The Costco staff didn't do anything about it, no cars even honked! There was lines of 10 cars waiting and cars kept cutting in at the front! Not to mention a car broke down at one of the pumps at this station. Do NOT get gas at this Costco.

Who doesn't love a good Costco experience? Fruit / meat all super fresh, employees really friendly and everything is 3x the size you need ;) Parking is NOT fun here though

The parking remains the worst thing about this location. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the layout makes it easy to move through the store. The check-outs are still a bit chaotic with the addition of self-checkout lanes. I don't use those and prefer to wait for a cashier to ring up my purchases. While I do have the Executive membership, I always ponder if it is worth it. Because I may have some big home purchases to make, I just go ahead and get it. I usually get about $20 a year back on my purchases. Costco has made an effort to cut down on the amount of plastic used for their products. When I made my semi-annual paper towel purchase, I noticed that the new one do not have individually-wrapped rolls. I was very happy to see this. Finally, the cost of gasoline is usually around 10+ cents less a gallon.

This Costco is the best! The employees are great and always helpful, most of them are recognizable from years of going there. There are always good deals on meat, produce, pre-made meals, diapers and unique seasonal items. The only downside is it's so popular it can get crowded to park!

The manager of the pharmacy.. Nicole is simply the best! Always on time with medication. Best attitude, and handles everything beautifully. Very satisfied.

Was great until the new policies came into play then the staff got aggressive. I don't appreciate having someone stand over me and try and scan my items/move them while I'm trying to use the self check out.

I chose this pharmacy due to its close proximity to my home, and because I generally shop at Costco once every week or two. My pharmacy experiences here have been consistently and overwhelmingly frustrating. Here's a typical one:My care provider sends my prescription to Costco mid-morning. I visit Costco mid-afternoon. I stand in the pharmacy line for 15-30 minutes. When I am finally "helped," I am told the pharmacy "is still working on" my prescription, which I've come to understand actually means they haven't started on it. I'm told it will be 30-45 minutes until it's ready. I shop (and of course, pick up a bunch of stuff I didn't come for -- nice selling strategy, Costco). Eventually I get a text telling me my prescription is ready to be picked up at the pharmacy counter. I return to the pharmacy, and -- yep, you guessed it -- wait in the line for ANOTHER 15-30 minutes for the privilege of finally obtaining my medication.The last time I was there, I overheard an employee tell another frustrated customer that this location is the busiest Costco pharmacy in the upper Midwest, which I believe. The pharmacy techs are typically scrambling like their hair is on fire. I'd suggest the place is understaffed, but the dispensing area behind the glass is small and always packed with well-intended people running into each other. It's a problem with service design and capacity, not the humans doing the work who, like us customers, deserve better.Bottom line -- if you're not into wasting a couple a hours of valuable time to pick up a prescription, I'd advise seeking other options.

Pharmacist Kris and her rude assistant (Asian guy) were very rude today as they denied me a corrected Covid vaccine card with my updated name that she had misspelled several times and refused to issue me another one. Kris was unprofessional and rude saying I was wasting her time when she was busy like I was not a customer as well! Asian guy threw the card at me several times after trying to correct the wrongly issued information on my card! Unacceptable behavior from these individuals and they should be fired or trained on being professional and helpful as they are getting paid to do this job! Get out of this profession if you don't like it Kris and Asian guy! Have some CUSTOMER SKILLS at least! Is that too much to ask? I was ignored and waited a very long time just for 3 lines to be filled out. My right to another vaccination card cannot be refused as I will report this issue to the proper authorities as this is breaking the law for refusing me a vaccination card of MY Covid shots! Unbelievable experiences when I am a paying customer like anyone else. Discrimination of any sorts or prejudgement on anyone is illegal and unlawful. Costco may lose many customers due to these rude unprofessional individuals working for them.

Not a fan. Regional manager has implemented some discriminatory rules around when they’ll fill things - seemingly just at this location. I understand caution, but making me run OUT of my medication before they will refill is draconian. Poor show, Costco.
