Be careful while shopping at this beauty supply. If you ask the clerk for a particular product, they will direct you to the most expensive of that product. You may want a small pack of rubber bands, which they do have. But they will try to offer you the bigger pack of rubber bands, which cost more, and no one may need five hundred rubber bands. And the rubber bands are no good these would be the shiny rubber bands

Went there today out of my better judgement and ended up irritated. I purchased some hair and was charged two different prices … i made the store clerk aware and he told me that I was wrong when I clearly showed him .

They had everything I needed and assisted me on the phone and once I actually made it to their store. Prices was reasonable also.

I have chosen to shop there for years because it's a family business. They have had the same staff for years. Which to me is a sign they are treated well. I like to spend my money in businesses with good customer service, they usually meet the standard for me
