Sadly disappointed. I made an appointment for 430, then called to see if I could get in earlier as I couldn't change it on the website, I did get it changed to 4:00 p.m.. I chose this location because it was close to me, there are other places that had openings but they were a little bit further away.At 3:10, nearly 5 and 1/2 hours after I made the appointment, I received a phone call from the groomer saying that typically she doesn't do groomings starting after 3:00 p.m. and asked if I wanted to change to Tuesday.I feel like if I had wanted to get my dog groomed on Tuesday I would have made an appointment for Tuesday.It's too too late for me to make an appointment someplace else for today, she did offer to do the grooming if I could get there sooner but I didn't want to go to that as I felt that the groomer would be frustrated and rushing to get done.This would have been my first experience at a Chuck and Don's and I likely won't try them again.I gave three stars instead of one because I know how hard it is to recover from a one star review.

Staff are super helpful and shelves are always stocked with so many options for wet and dry foods. My pups love coming here and picking out their own treats from the lower bins whenever we visit.

Helpful, friendly, professional staff; I can always find my dog’s favorite food and treats here, and my dog loves her treat whenever she comes in with me. This location is close to my home, and has convenient parking—even in the middle of the city.
