Freezing Cold, windy, I had places to be and my truck said nope not going to start . They showed up, jumped me and got me on my way. Answered the phone immediately when I called, showed up within 20 minutes of getting off the phone with them. Basic service they provided for me in a professional and very timely fashion. Great service and hassle free to work with.

Most expensive towing company in town. Avoid it. Over charged. Anywhere else in mpls I just paid 160.

After the police were unable to get my rental car unlocked with my toddler inside...at night....in December...they called Chief's for assistance. The man who came was extremely polite, personable, and best of all, great at his job as he was able to try a different door and get the car opened. He didn't shame us for having our toddler hold onto the car keys or make us feel worse in any way. His calming presence and expertise were beyond appreciated. I was more than happy to pay the $75 lock out fee because it meant not breaking the window of our rental and, most importantly, our child was able to get out safely. THANK YOU!!

Yogi and the rest of the staff were very very helpful. They were knowledgeable and they assisted me. They could have made a few more dollars but they instead wanted to make a good customer happy well a customer.

Worst customer service ever!!! dude over the phone had the worst attitude and hung up right away just because i didn't know what exactly was wrong with my friends car.

Had a great experience! Was able to drive us closer to home! We were 2 hours away! Had our truck dropped only being 1 hour away from home! We were worried on how we were going to get home! But they were able to help!

Nearly 900 for 8 days of having my vehicle. Should of been about half of that. Charged me for extra towing fee because they had to move it to their other yard down the street. Obviously they just want to do all in their power to keep your car and what ever is in it to resell it. Minneapolis impound is around 500 a MONTH

My teen daughter broke down 30 miles from home on the freeway. I called Chief's towing and they were there in no time. They will try to rip off the consumer any chance they get. Its the management not the drivers. My car was unfortunately impounded and they tried to lie on the date they picked it up like i wouldn't notice, cmon guys. The driver said he could have put the wrong date on the slip, are you kindng they don't know what day it is. I was discussing this with the front end receptionist and i hear a yell out of the office "its right". He was unaware that his driver was talking to us and said he could have put the wrong date on the slip. After 30 minutres of debating they finally went with their bosses decision and i left with no closure. I was out in the car calling my attorney and filing a complaint with the bbb out comes the driver saying he did put the wrong date on the form and he was going to get my money owed. I appreciate the drivers honesty and i am still going to file complaint with the city and state because the management and their business practices are unethical. They take advantage of people already in a tight spot financially and its not right. The only reason they gave me my part of my money back is because he knows i got them. The only way i am going away is if i get a full refund of all money paid to them . I have nothing but time and a law degree. They tried to tell me that if they picked my car up at 11:55 it would be considered a full day so when midnight comes around they have already billed you for 2 full days. Is that right? They need to have their books audited. I would be very nervous if i were them right now.
