Had fun checking out store. Worker left us alone and not harass us to buy. I search for pillows and worker answer in professional way. I might buy in future visit to MOA if I need anything with so much furniture store In Minnesota.

This is the worst place to buy something their stuff is too expensive n it takes long time to deliver on top of that u have to keep begging them to deliver ur stuff and it will take appointments to appointments until u tired n ask the money back they will never deliver my couches table, chairs, and TV stand took almost months to get to me…

I made a couch order online. They gave me an estimate around one month out, and they delivered right in the time frame promised. The delivery was seamless and the workers were professional and quick. Unfortunately, the chaise was on the wrong end, but the delivery employees put me in contact with someone from Chicago Furniture Warehouse that already ordered the correct one and are making everything right. I would have no problems using them again. Quick FYI - it sounds like ordering online goes somewhere else other than the location at Mall of America, as their store didn't have any record of my purchase.

Don't buy from this store anything they don't keep they delivery promise. I bought ? and coffee table from them in April and told them to deliver for me to June 10th and they didn't delivered for me. I called them the next day and they told me sorry they will deliver for me on June 13th and again they didn't deliver for me. And again I called them they told me the same thing they will deliver for me the next day at noon but they didn't show up until 7pm. They delivered damaged sofa and no coffee table. Since then I have been calling them for more than one week and even I went to store to talk the manager they don't want to talk to me. Avoid this place don't buy from them.

This place takes forever to deliver furnitures . I ordered a sofa from this place and it’s been two months and I still don’t have my sofa yet . Their employees are also confused about deliver dates and tell you that they don’t have “control” over it . They lie about the delivery date when you are purchasing the item .

I will never buy anything here again. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Like 4 months ago I spent about $6000 dollars for some furniture that took long time to arrive and when the furniture arrived some of it was broken. and the chairs in the dining room were not level, all of the legs were taken one to show it to the manager and it is day that they have not spoken to me about this 3 weeks ago. The lady from the store gave me a lamp the day of my purchase because I paid for everything in one go. That lamp was useless, it was poorly made. I returned it. What they had given me was practically garbage. I was about to throw it away so as not to lose. my time to return it

This is the worse place you can ever shop from. We ordered so many items from them and they kept postponing the delivery date without an explanation. Then when we kept on calling and asking for our order they decided to deliver us random items that we didn’t even order. So shame of them. If I could, I would give it a zero star but I’m going to get my money back I’m done at this point. Where there is full house of Amharic people you’ll never get the right customer service.

I had a very positive experience here. The owner is very nice and the furniture is awesome. I had my furniture as fast as promised and with reasonable prices. I’m really thankful and will definitely go back when I need to.

If there was a zero star, that could have been the one to select. I spent about 10, 000 worth of furniture, all I have is a defective wall clock with one couch of the set, and been waiting for more than 6 months. Now they know my phone number, reached a point where they just ignore when I call. Don't buy anything from them, what they have in the store is what they have literally bought from other stores for just a show. Bad bad service.I know you said you couldn't find my order, try looking under my husband Joshua A, and get back to me.
