Fantastic service by Kam Dadras today. As an international person setting up an account in the USA is normally challenging, however, Kam made it very easy and set everything up so that I did not have to do anything at all!Highly recommend

24/7 hour card reader for exterior doors is broken thus making this locations doors inoperable during hours where bankers are not present

Online says they deal with CBD companies, people inside the bank have no idea and have to call around and ask. It's amazing that a bank with such insane employee surveillance system (look up WADU! Its a dystopian nightmare using HD AV cameras and AI!) has employees that don't know anything about what their bank does. I suppose it's all for the best; Chase' logo looks like a water pipe because it's a cheeky nod to the fact old time politicians passed a bill to fix NYC disgusting and notorious public water problem and then started their own bank instead of fixing the water so they could finance their campaigns (back when the Democrats and Republicans were one party). The banks heritage lives on in corruption. Tammany Hall lives on.

Why did you change the hours for the atm? This is terrible. There’s a separate secure door that leads to the actual bank, yet you lock us out of atm access after hours.

Easy to make an appointment online. Parking lot is a bit hard to get into but wasn't too crowded. Inside is clean and orderly with attendant to check you in. Overall pleasant experience for a branch.

I had a very positive experience with the branch Manager, Gao, and employees Tsedenya and Davis, in rather unusual circumstances. I had just had a scary experience with an employee of Wells Fargo across the street where I had banked for 20 years. I had left WF without getting the document notarized and considering whether to call the police. I stopped in this Chase branch, and multiple employees including the branch manager asked and listened and ultimately helped me notarize the document despite not being able to prove I was a customer. They stayed after the closing time of 5pm to help me and offered me water and a calm place to rest. I will be moving my business here and know I will be taken care of, because good people matter!

Just moved to the area and have had to visit this location several times, and each time I went they were able to help me out with my requests very quickly and the staff was very friendly.

I’ve been in Minneapolis for almost 2 years now and I’ve gone to this bank several times and every time I just have an issue with the way they handle their business it’s always super slow things just seem to take a really long time the other thing that’s I’m not saying it’s bad it’s just kind of annoying when they’re super aggressively nice and like I just wanna come into the bank do my business and leave but every time I’ve gone there I’ve had some sort of issue
