What's the point of even having a locked vestibule with an ATM and access point if it's only open during this locations business hours. I went there at 6:00 p.m. and it was already closed. Ridiculous.

I went here to use the "24 hour ATM" - right after 5pm. The debit card reader to open the door doesn't work and the people inside the branch window just stared at me and would not acknowledge or open the door to the ATM.

What is the point of having a secured ATM vestibule if it is inaccessible even to bank customers. Also a female employee called my wife's boss to complain about her "attitude" going so far as to fabricate a story about my wife damaging their ATM. Maybe she should find a career path that matches her maturity level.

With a bitter taste still in my mouth from the very negative experience I just had at the 1100 Franklin Chase location, I entered this Branch with some trepidation. Immediately, I realized that this branch was dramatically different. The soft-spoken muscular security officer greeted me warmly upon walking in the door, and when I explained I was from out of town, promised to keep an eye on my vehicle out front. GAO, who I later found out was the branch manager, approached me warmly and asked how she could help. She didn't Interrogate me like the Franklin location to confirm that I was a Chase member, she simply wanted to help me with the service I needed, and probably understood that if she took good care of me, and I wasn't a Chase member, I would quickly consider the merits of joining. When you're out of state as a Chase member, and you're looking for a service like Notary to conduct business, it's such a joy to receive the treatment that I did at this branch... especially considering I am from Packer country in Wisconsin, and there's a strong rivalry between the Packers and the Vikings...LOL. I also want to commend Trell, the Personal banker at the branch that helped me with my accounts during the same visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and talked with me with the warmth of family. If this branch is not a training location for Chase in the Greater Twin cities, it should be. They reflect the brand as it should be, and make you feel as if you are part of something special. When you're 100's Miles away from home and need help, that's a big deal.

Fantastic service by Kam Dadras today. As an international person setting up an account in the USA is normally challenging, however, Kam made it very easy and set everything up so that I did not have to do anything at all!Highly recommend

Online says they deal with CBD companies, people inside the bank have no idea and have to call around and ask. It's amazing that a bank with such insane employee surveillance system (look up WADU! Its a dystopian nightmare using HD AV cameras and AI!) has employees that don't know anything about what their bank does. I suppose it's all for the best; Chase' logo looks like a water pipe because it's a cheeky nod to the fact old time politicians passed a bill to fix NYC disgusting and notorious public water problem and then started their own bank instead of fixing the water so they could finance their campaigns (back when the Democrats and Republicans were one party). The banks heritage lives on in corruption. Tammany Hall lives on.
