Erik Zhagui opened a joint checking account and credit card for us, but unfortunately provided us with incorrect information regarding the access each of us would have to the credit card via online banking. His supervisor Nathnael Kahassai assisted in trying to remedy the issue, but was unable to cancel the credit check or the new line of credit. Despite escalating this issue with the manager Tony and the back office, we are now being told there is nothing Chase can do to reverse the credit check or new line of credit without negatively impacting our credit scores. Now both Tony and Nathnael are no longer returning our phone calls. We have both been Chase customers for decades, and this level of incompetence and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. We will no longer be banking with Chase in the future.

Best chase bank ive ever went to, friendly staff, every time i come in i never wait I’m immediately assisted, roddie, andrew, the manager tony are absolutely incredible.

This place never answers the phone or returns calls! Wasted an hour trying different way to navigate the stupid automated system. Couldn't get ahold of 1 person 2 days on a row. To busy just sitting around I guess.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at this bank branch. I had ordered checks which never arrived, and despite being promised a replacement, I was denied a temporary check today without any valid reason by the Asian manager. I hold both business and personal accounts at this bank, and I believe the staff at this branch require proper training as their behavior is tarnishing the bank's reputation. The manager, whose name I am unsure of, displayed unprofessional, unethical, and disrespectful behavior. I have decided not to return to this branch and will not be recommending it to others. It is best to avoid wasting your time at this branch as there is no help or communication.

Exceptional customer service and staff who are willing to go out of their way to help you. It's a good idea to schedule an appointment if you need to see a banker though.

When you're out of state and need to conduct banking business, you expect a little bit more thoughtful concern from the Chase branch. Cynthia, who was standing in the lobby, made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her, and her goal was to get me out of the way as quickly as possible. Never in my 15 years with Chase have I been so poorly treated. My request seemed simple enough, to receive notary services for a simple document. She made me feel as if I was asking for the moon, and explained that they only had one notary at their branch, and he didn't have time for me...I was dumbfounded and shocked. I hope with the numerous Chase Branch closures planned in the coming months, this is one of those scheduled to be closed. It does not represent the brand well, and it does not have the interest of its Customers in mind.

Had an amazing experience at this Chase branch today. I came in about 30 minutes before close and was greeted warmly and not made to feel rushed at all. Natu explained Chase products to me and gave me time to do my own research, as well. At the end of our conversation, he introduced me to his very kind coworker Mary, and let me know I’m welcomed back to have coffee! All in all, top notch customer service from this Chase branch.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. They take your checks with no explanation. I recommend you take your business somewhere else.
