I want to give a shout out to the team at 3021 E Lake Street for commissioning the awesome mural on the Lake St side of their building and the power boxes. Not only does it look great, but hopefully it will help reduce graffiti along that stretch! Thanks for helping to make the E Lake Street area more inviting and livable!

My husband & I had been bringing both vehicles here for years because it’s close & because of PAT, the store GM. He took care of locals/regulars & went the extra mile. I hope his new employer knows how lucky they are to have him. Last oil change, I made a 10am appmnt & to have an brake light system light checked out. By late afternoon I called to see if oil change done & they hadn’t started on it. They said looked for light-which didn’t get fixed. I didn’t hold not fixing the BLS light against them. I had driven my new puppy in car several times. Day after picking up car, my pup freaks out. We both hear a loud noise, comes & goes. I have an oil leak- and there’s a leak from somewhere above the oil. Caps & screws were 1) loose 2) too tight & broke 3) missing. Since I heard the noises suddenly starting the day after picking up my car & they were the last to touch my car: oil change and now I have a hole and a leak. My husband & I will never bring our vehicles back there even though it’s in out neighborhood. I am telling others as well. The only thing that would return my business to that shop is if PAT returned. BRING PAT BACK!!

Had an appointment for an oil change first thing in the morning. It took 6 hours to get the oil changed and I was told that they can’t usually stay to their appointment schedule. Got a call at noon and was told that they had to order in an oil filter and were waiting for me to call them to approve them ordering the oil filter. Received multiple calls trying to upcharge me for additional services when I had told them all I wanted was to get an oil change

An easy and simple way to get issues with your car dealt with. Though with the current shortage of workers and materials they are booked out for weeks. However I do appreciate a local neighborhood spot I can trust.

I needed Air for 3days and didn’t know how to do it and I’m very cautious about my car due to it being my only source of income. I googled and found this place and called, Amber picked up and I explained that I don’t know how to put air in my tires . Not only was Amber welcoming and understanding Amber also took the time and showed me how to do it myself. It is so amazing to have wonderful people like Amber and their co-worker (I forgot his name but he was awesome too). This is what comes to mind when I think about community. Thank you so much Amber
