Cost was a bit more than I was hoping, but he helped me to prioritize what was most important so I could budget for what was necessary and what I can wait to replace for a later date. I will be sure to return to Ford when and if that time comes.”

Leo did a wonderful job making things right when things were out of his control. The Voya minivan we rented was perfect for our family's road trip to Nashville! Very clean and comfortable!

“I always choose this Avis/Budget vehicle rental location. They have always given me the utmost service and never had an issue with any of the vehicles(I'm nearly on a first name basis here due to my numerous times I've rented here ?). I've rented from other rental dealers and either the vehicle was beat up or left me nervous about if was going to break down on me, or I was overcharged for "fees" or the price of the rental itself. Here at Avis/Budget, I feel confident in driving any vehicle I rent.”

Chris and Ulyssa (I know I spelled it wrong) both greeted me, asked if I had any questions and directed me where I needed to go. Both VERY Friendly. Whoever is reading this, I would highly suggest having them both move up to train new hires as the experience was bar none.”

“On Nov 2023 upon arrival, I met Mr. Pete when I was looking to select my vehicle. Although you may call him as a senior citizen, but he is not. Because of his enthusiasm in assisting the customer was amazing! He ensured I was happy with my selected vehicle!Upon departure on Dec 1st, 2023, I met Mr. Hamza at around 5.30pm. It was a very long day after my business meetings. But Mr. Hamza rest assured to ease my return and made it as fast as possible so that I could be able to catch up my late evening flight on time!Overall everyone at this branch are very true ladies and gentlemen who uphold their company's standard and went beyond their miles to exceed their customer's expectation!Congrats to what an amazing and first class leadership there!!! I especially liked the zipcar app and the automated telephone system that's set up for customers to connect to an agent 24-7 and get necessary help immediately as needed. I took my road test with a zip car, and the service agent gave me a great care and personalized help in preparing the necessary documents for taking the test with a rental vehicle. Zipcar really gave me the best idea of how much openness a company could have towards its customers' needs. “Our pick up was Hudson rd location. Not listed in Yelp. Either way moving my son and future wife to ft Collins Colorado budget worked with us to make sure everything went off easily. Flew in got truck right at closing time. Loaded, left, got full 5 days use getting couch as well. Drop off was a breeze. With gas maybe spend $1000 which is not bad for a 15 hour drive for 2 young people to start new life in dream home location. Definitely use them in future for cross country move”

“Excellent price, and you can't beat the customer service! The rental desk is on-site, the the nicest shuttle drivers back, and forth. Car was upgraded, and spotless. No issues. I had to extend for a family emergency. Took 2 minutes, and I was good to go! I will use them again for sure!”
