“These guys came highly recommended on my community's FB page, and now I see why. I had a little self-inflicted wound... tore up my Subie's side skirt driving over a pesky curb (FML). Within 15 minutes, the kind gentleman had it back on.
While I was there watching (yeah, he let me watch!), I asked how much it would cost to have my headlight cleaned (my dealership told me it required a $600 replacement). In the next 20 minutes, both headlamps looked brand new for just $75. And he didn't want to take anything for getting my side skirt back on. So I bought the team lunch instead : )
In my humble opinion, there's no place better to bring your car — and I will most certainly be talking these guys up. This level of kindness and comfort is a rarity these days.”
“Fantastically easy - I used my insurance company's website to schedule a replacement windshield for my Jetta. Caliber called shortly after that to nail down the best day for the replacement. They arrived on time, replaced the windshield quickly right in my driveway with no effort required on my part. Great communication with Gavin during the process and he did a wonderful job.”
“My hyundai had been broken in for the last time. I have to say I was devastated my handle was torn off, drivers door lock busted to the brim, you know how the Kia Boyz are doing it now. I went to this place after being quoted $500+ multiple places (w/o paint). Finally came in, Ramin was super empathetic of my situation, gave a fair price of $340. I'd have to say after everything with my hyundai, I've had tears and all due to these break ins, $1000+ in repairs just due to the ignition system, busted windshield, ect. “A huge shout out to the Minneapolis location on Lyndale! I had level "A" service from the moment I walked through the door until my keys were returned to me. I was immediately impressed with my care technician, Austin! You can tell that this guy not only knows his stuff, but also really cares about the customer's experience. I felt very informed and well taken care of by this guy! If you're going to go to this location, I'm sure all the tech. staff are great, but I highly recommend working with Austin just because of his great attitude and knowledge he has of the business.
Another nice added touch that was not expected was when I got my car back it was so clean both inside and out-a really great added perk to this particular company.

“I’ve used Safelite twice now. I am very pleased with their service. They do an excellent job and are super responsive, flexible and also very friendly and professional.
Zachary was so wonderful. He was scheduled to come to my apartment and it was raining to hard to do the window replacement. I do not have a garage or covered parking. I asked him if I could meet him at Southdale Mall to do it in their parking ramp. It worked out perfectly and I even got to shop while he did the work.
