Purchased a replacement screen for a laptop. In addition to the automatic email confirmation, I received an email the next day from an account manager confirming the details of my order, and the part arrived extremely quickly! It was well packaged, brand new, and worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to order from this seller again.

Back in May of this year I bought a keyboard for my HP computer and the keyboard arrived defected. Why am I giving them 5 starts you might ask. I am a business owner, and I know those things can happen, often times falling outside the seller's control. Dan was on top of it and sent me a replacement right away. The customer service experience I had, alone deserves 5-stars. Thank you Dan! The replacement keyboard you sent worked beautiful. Sorry I forgot to let you guys know. Best, Fausto

I ordered a monitor and I selected free shipping which was available as a selection. I paid the. I get a email saying that there was a mistake and they had to charge me shipping.Awful that I paid for a item then they wouldn’t ship it to me.I’m done doing business with this company.

I had a hard drive signal a predictive failure in a mission critical server. I ordered the replacement and it was here promptly. I replaced the drive and lo and behold it showed a predictive failure as well. Of course I freaked out. I contacted Calhoun via the chat on their website. Was told someone would contact me shortly. Katelynn emailed me and told me that a replacement was going out immediately. I received the replacement in SC before lunchtime.Turns out a firmware update and a swift punt of the server saw the original drive as good and am shipping the replacement back but I applaud that level of service these days . Definitely earned this 5 star rating and if I could give Katelynn one as well I would. Great service and they stand behind what they sell.

Ordered a cisco 48 port switch off their website and was shipped the wrong part. Asked for an RMA and was told that I would have to return the wrong part I received (and I am OK with this) and that I would have to place a new order for the right part for $142.40. I just went to their website where they are offering the same part at $58.99 with free shipping. I asked that we do a straight RMA and I get the switch for the price I thought I was paying for it. Don't believe me? Here is a screenshot. It would appear that they are engaged in "bait and switch". Very hard to recommend a company that seems to engage in deceitful business practices. Based on this, save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

They sent me the wrong hard-drive... How they managed that, I don't know. I ordered a 'Hitachi' but they sent me a 'Fujitsu'.They admitted it was their fault. I sent it back and paid the return postage myself to expedite. That was 3 weeks ago. Since then I've contacted them 5 times by phone in live conversation, and e-mail and chat messages on their web-site, asking them send me the correct one, and spelling out the name of the correct one, in case they have bad eye-sight.Finally they said they can't send me the correct one because they didn't know if I still wanted it. So, they said all they can do now is issue me a refund. So, reluctantly I said yes, since they didn't give me a choice in the matter.Now, it's been another week of waiting and they haven't refunded me yet. So, now I've put in a claim to Pay-pal to help me get my money back.Also, their web-site says 'free shipping' in big letters at the top. But they charged me $9.64 plus state taxes (about 13 bucks extra).I really wanted that hard-drive, but enough is enough, I'm afraid of dealing with them anymore. I think it must be a new guy in charge who doesn't know what he's doing. Oh well, it's 'par for the course.'
