This venue has great potential, but seems underutilized, and lacks General upkeep. With some minor efforts, this could be a major shopping location.

Lots of updates since I was last here. New shops and bars. Parking is close with the ramp next door. Well kept property, a central part of the Uptown community.

Relatively empty and lacking people and energy even during prime Uptown hours.
