I had a pleasant experience with Chue and the technician until I encountered an issue with Terry, the manager. After receiving an alignment service, I noticed a metal clunking noise and was informed that it could be due to the strut bar. I rescheduled an appointment to have it checked, but I decided to troubleshoot the issue myself and discovered that the noise was actually caused by my aftermarket coolant tank. I requested a reimbursement since the strut bar was not the cause of the problem. While the team was cooperative, Terry was dismissive and evasive. Given this experience, I will no longer be returning to this establishment and will instead continue using Bloomington Acura.

Everyone was professional. Initially, upon being greeted, the person seemed in a hurry and missed the "hello" and "good morning" part of the customer service. Overall, friendly, quick and competent.

I bought an 2017 Acura from this dealer. I was told it had been thoroughly checked over and everything is 100%. I had one month to bring it back if I found any problems. I bought it in December . When summer came and it got hot I found that the AC didn't work. I took it back and paid $200 to get the diagnostic program run. The outcome was disaster. It was going to cost $3000 to get it totally replaced. I asked for a 40% discount because it was broken when they sold it to me. They said no. They gave me $300 toward the cost. I had already paid $200 to get it diagnosed. (Something they should have done before they ever sold it to me.) So I was very dissatisfied.

Stopped by early on a Saturday looking for an Acura. Pulled up and Greg was waiting with a friendly smile. I liked he was ready to help on a Saturday morning. He answered all my questions, I looked at a couple of autos. I found the one I liked. Greg wrote me up and got me a great interest rate.
My purchase is phenomenal. Absolutely no buyers remorse. It's my first Acura and won't be my last. And Greg gets my business in the future.

We had such a great experience buying a used car from Tyler K. We previously narrowed down our search and put in an online request one evening to arrange a test drive of 2 RDXs. Received an email within 15 minutes to answer any questions and book the appointment. When we arrived the next day, it was hot outside, and Tyler had both cars running and cooled down. We were able to drive them on our own as he was finalizing a sale with another customer. After the test drive, he took the time to discuss the vehicles and the compare the features of those models with different trims. The rest of the process went very smoothly as both Tyler and the sales manager were thorough and thoughtful in answering all of our questions and giving us additional information about financing options, etc. We actually were comfortable enough to put down a deposit that evening, and move forward with the purchase.... we're thrilled with our new RDX, and are thankful for the great level of service and attention to detail shown during the entire process by all the employees..... would highly recommend anyone visiting Buerkle Acura to anyone in the market for a new car.....

Leased two cars from Tyler. He was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to reply throughout the whole process. Everything was done remotely and the cars and paperwork were ready to go when we walked in. Highly recommend!
