Terrible, terrible bank. Extremely slow drive-thru lane and just plain bad customer service. Double check everything with them because they mess up practically every time. One of the checks I was depositing had a small spelling error on it (because the person who wrote it was foreign and English is their second language) and they refused the check - stated that I had to go get another one from the person who wrote it. Excuse me? Your bank is 30mins away PLUS it takes about 30mins in your drive-thru to process my deposit - so over all a 90min experience to process 15 checks. Ridiculous! If you ask me, they should close this branch, or just close Bridgewater Bank period. They are awful!

Excellent employees and management that go out their way to help the customers, this location is busy sometimes especially during the rush hours.

What a joke of a bank. I was written a check, and went into this bank to cash it. The check was drawn on this bank. I was told there was a "fee" to cash the check I was written by THEIR CUSTOMER. Why are banks charging people to cash checks written by their account holders? The banks answer to that question was "Because we give you the cash". Are you kidding me? And if I deposited the check into my own bank, would they charge a "fee" still? Nope. Just the guy walking in, written a check by one of their account holders. Why not charge "their customer" this fee? They just do it because they can, and there is really nothing we can do about it. Another way these banks take advantage of people.

Very slow at the drive up windows processing deposits, short vehicle lines, three lanes open, but only one person stationed on the service counter. Also be sure to double check amounts entered. Had to correct teller a couple times on amounts written on check, as well as correct the teller inside who shorted me 100 dollars on a large cash deposit. But I do agree, they are friendly.?

I had an absolutely terrible experience working with Chris Myers. After Chris having my information for 5 month and going through the closing process for 2 months..2 days before closing he cant get the loan done. What? What have you been doing for 5 months?? If you like company's or incompetent loan offices that do not know their business, talk smart a good game and can perform and will leave you hanging at the closing table..Bridge water bank is for you. Terrible, Terrible company.

If you're looking for the best customer service in the banking industry, look no further. The best bank in Twin Cities hands down. The staff go above and beyond and it truly shows. I can't recommend Bridgewater Bank enough!

When the late Delaney Sr. It was open tell 9, then 8, 7 now 6pm. Delaney Jr sold out, which isn't surprising. I, however, close my account transfer to my ex-employers CU. Mill City.

FNBOTL was awesome. Bridgewater not so much. I see the VP responded to a review about inconvenient hours stating the Uptown branch is open till 6pm. Well it is not. The VP may want to have the correct information. That way folks won't roll up to the bank when it's closedðŸ‘ðŸ¼!

I've banked here when they were FNBL. They've successfully retained that personal feeling when you are doing business. Professional staff. Mike Morris has been great to work with throughout the years.

Andrew Bates is the greatest personal banker that exists in the whole world. Without him everything we do would not be possible. Andrew Bates for President.

Closed our personal and business checking accounts without notifying us, sent the notification to our old address. They do not consider the money we invested in checks and the time it takes to switch our Square account, payroll accounts etc., not to mention we do not like having our confidential business bank account documents being mailed to the wrong address. Darcy and Charlene did not seem to care and said this was business as usual for Bridgewater Bank. They never e-mailed or called us to notify us of this change, and we have our e-mail phone, and new address on file. Very upset with this bank.
