Daemon gave me incredible customer service and helped me get squared away on sizing for 2 suits I bought. There were a lot of places I was considering for these suits, but the convenience of Bonobos having the physical location near me is what ultimately won my business. I was able to see the product in person and confirm that it was high-quality. I have always had a hard time finding suits that fit me well but the material of the suits is very nice, have stretch without looking cheap or "too athletic", and come in a variety of cuts (standard, slim, athletic, etc.). Highly, highly recommend and I will be coming back for my next suit(s) purchase.

Tyreal K. was EXCELLENT. She was patient, kind, and so helpful. So was the gentleman working with her, but I failed to get his name (this was on Friday, 8/2). My first trip to Bonobos but won’t be my last. They made something that I don’t always (clothes shopping) an easy and enjoyable experience!

We all know the clothes are great but the service at this location is the real reason to come here. Friendly, professional, helpful, and stylish, the folks here know what they are doing and simply want the best for their customers.

I've ordered Bonobos a few times and love their clothes fit/style. So I took that to heart and jumped all in for going with Bonobos for my wedding suit and all my groomsmen. I worked with Antony at the North Loop location and over the course of 6+ months Antony personally guided me, gave great advice and put up with 8 guys being slow and making multiple excuses/changes. The suits fit perfect and will be great additions to our wardrobes in the future, but more importantly the service and guidance from Antony was the best part and highly recommend him and the North Loop location for any daily needs or celebrations.

I had inadvertently ordered the wrong color navy suit jacket to go with the light navy pants that I had already gotten from Bonobos. I discovered my mistake the night before I was leaving for an out of town wedding and was lucky enough to reach Antony before the store closed and he was nice enough to stay after hours to help me and was able to get me into the correct jacket that night! You could not ask for better customer service. Thank you to Antony and Bonobos!!!!

I did not know Bonobos but it was highly recommended by my son. I went on line and was impressed. I saw a suit I liked and went into the store to buy. The sales rep seemed uninterested and did not know the product line features. I finally found the blazer but for some reason not the pants. No options were presented except that I was told there are things on the website that the store does not have. I left without buying anything.

As a Brawny dude (6’4”/255 lbs), I typically hate going clothing shopping. Daemon at Bonobos is a godsend! The inclusive sizing at the store plus Daemon’s excellent customer service equaled an enjoyable shopping experience for us. We will very likely become return customers.

Antony T. at the North Loop location is a pro! He has great advice and is very helpful. This is a great place to shop and try on Bonobos clothing before making purchases online. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. One thing to be aware of though is that they don't really have very much inventory on hand in the stores but ordering online isn't an issue either.
