I regularly bring my car here for an oil change and have had other work done in the past. They're always friendly, fast, reliable and honest (or at least seem to be ?) Doesn't hurt that they're just up the street from me, but I'm always happy with their service!

Do not buy your tobacco products from here. Unfortunately I spent $20 on stale tobacco products to be told that I cannot exchange 2 minutes after I purchased them.poor products and poor customer service

Bona Bros is in my neighborhood. I have tried on multiple occasions to have this be my "go to" store. It just continues to fail. They simply are busy because of convenience and not because of customer service. I wish they could get their act together but the staff is just not willing or able to be customer centric.

I go to this store several times a week. It's always clean and organized and the staff is super friendly. Their gas prices are typically lower than most store in the area.

First time I had work done it was a great experience, everytime afterward it seemed like a hassle even answering my questions. Noticed some radiator fluid drops a few weeks after they worked on the car. Seemed like a big hassle and inconvenience for them to look at it, so I went elsewhere. Getting new tires today, which I had planned on getting at Bono, and noticed they had left lug nuts loose on work they'd done. Which explained the wobbling and sidewall wear on my tire that caused it to burst last night.

yall i was just in this gas station with my sister and i put some chips back for other ones wnd he was like can you put those back please and since he asked nicely i did but i put them with the wrong size on accident and didn't notice the cashier got pretty rude and aggressive to me about putting them in the right spot , didnt even give me a chance to move them WILL NEVER COME BACK.
