What a great experience. I called in the morning to ask some questions. The person on the phone explained the process and prices. I took the rug in that day, and I was even more impressed when I saw how large the place was. I will pick up my rug in a week. Exalent prices!

I was thrilled to find Bob's Binding! I purchased two rugs from a retail store that were beautiful but not the right size. Bob's Binding cut and surged one into a circle and made the excess into a runner, and trimmed 2 ft off the other one. This was at a fraction of ordering custom sizes from the store, and they were ready in about a week. The people were amazing! Their customer service was rooted in an era we don't get to see very often anymore. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer, and my order was handled with care.

Great place. Quick service and reasonable prices. We needed a rug size reduced. They had it done in 1 week, friendly and helpful when I brought it in. Exactly the same service when I picked it up.

We had installed living room carpet a few years ago and then decided to re-floor our entire first floor with a durable woodlike product. Not wanting to throw away the carpet investment,. We cut a portion to save as a throw rug and headed 6 Bob's to get the cut portion rebound. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and invited to bring the carpet in for sizing. Once that was done, I was shown the binding and backing choices. I went with the basic binding and felt backing and was told it would be ready in a week. One week later I was laying out the "new" throw rug in my living room beautifully bound and ready for use. Great experience and Bob's was great help in figuring it all out.
