Best bead store! Helen and Devi are wonderful and so helpful. They're friendly, know what they're doing and have a good eye for what works together. Helen readily jumps in to help me make my jewelry if I ask her for help. The variety of beads and options is vast- you can find whatever you're looking for here. My go to place- I highly recommend it!

I've been coming here since I was little with my mom, and they always have whatever unique part, bead or gem I'm looking for. More often than not, I end up seeing some other unique item they have and i come home with more than I went there for. Today was another success, and I'm thrilled to repair my necklaces.

Amazing Customer Service - Thank you Rochelle! Rochelle helped me, a beginner/non-beader to create 3 beautiful pendants and chains starting with 3 amethyst stones purchased in Sedona. Super helpful - explained everything - helped (meaning did 94% of it) create pendants. Cost was super reasonable and less than buying packages of random things at Michaels & struggling to make something by myself. Perfect!

I like this bead store. I think they should make sure their staff knows the difference between beads. I went in one time asking for the tile bead and ahe kept sale tila Nd i said no tile. They didn't have the tile bead. When i check out, a diffefent clerking there, asked if they could hire me as i knew my beads. I would have jumped at the chance, but i have a really good job that they would not have been able to give they pay and benifits i get from my job and they would close a 1/2 hour after i would be able to start. Good selection of seed beads. For right now i can not go to the bead because of the civil unrest in mpls.

Being the only supplier of Toho T-line in the USA i was "forced" to order from them. Wow! Shipping was fast. I happily changed my review. My email provider(gmail) did send the confirmation to spam for some reason.* The only negative i have was that i had to log into the website to find out if my order shipped and what the tracking was. If they could somehow get that out by email i would happily change my review to 5 stars. *

My husband and I were in Minnesota the week of 6/23/21 and I visited this shop during our trip. This is a fantastic bead store with the largest selection of toho seed beads that I have ever seen. The owners and staff are very friendly. I visited 4 other bead stores while in the area, and Bobby Bead was by far the best.

Worst experience and the owner was no help. I bought energy stones 3 days ago and was given the wrong size. They said due to covid 19 there isn't anything they can do. If you are closed why are you still taking online orders?They are just taking peoples money and not offering good customer service. I will never recommend it shop here ever again.

I shop here all the time and the staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. In fact, I started my own online jewelry store because of inspiration from their shop. One of the employees showed how to make my first bracelet and my interest developed from there. Highly recommended.
