The truth is that I have had a bad experience every time I go I leave angry because of the bad service they provide and mainly the two young guys are always serving in front I don't know if they like the work or not but they always have inappropriate attitudes every time I go In a row they have made me feel the worst because they are not people who respond well and they always seem to be angry on my part. Since I opened the account with you I have not felt good service from them that is why I am considering seeking other opinions that they make me feel good about the management of my money, I hope that they reconsider and have the option of hiring their staff that is trained in customer service, thank you

The worst bank in all of south Minneapolis, the people who work there really don't want to work, I understand that they give children a chance but unfortunately the service is terrible...I regret banking with Bmo

Came here just for change. Waited in line while the employees just roamed around. It felt like no one was acting working. Then when I asked for change for a $20 they said that could because I wasn’t a customer. I think he meant that I didn’t bank with them. But I was a customer who will tell anyone NOT TO GO HERE. you’ll have a better experience somewhere else.

drive thru is NOT open at eight I think they open at nine but there site says 8 and there drive thru is never open at that time

Outstanding work by this branch! Went there yesterday and got a check cashed without any issues. Unfortunately had poor service at the Maple Grove location which prompted my visit to Minneapolis. Mark at Lake Street went above and beyond, thank you!!

I read that this BMO Harris Bank suffered damage and loss while sadness gripped our city in May/June 2020. My two cents: Just because a bank can afford to repair the damage, it doesn't make the violent act is any less hateful - it comes from the same place of evil that humans stumble into.
