They had the audacity to ring me up, accusing me of hoarding too much cash in my account, prying into my financial intentions. When I declared my plans to spend it, they slapped a restriction on my account, effectively gagging me from phone support until I drag myself to their branch, an hour away, just to parade my ID. It's a blatant scheme to corner me into their overpriced investment scams. I'm utterly disgusted by their tactics. BMO clearly despises when customers control their own money. I'll be yanking my funds out of their greedy claws and taking my business elsewhere.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There wasn’t too many customers here when I visited (on a Friday) so the good thing is that I don’t have to wait in line or anything. The place is a little difficult to find from the outside tho. Enter the 50 South Six building and take the elevator to the second floor.

Counted my money everyday for weeks. Came in to deposit. Lady didn't count it out by hand like they always did. Came out to be 100 dollars less then what I knew I had. They couldn't reverse it and I am now changing banks. Sick of using a bank that doesn't take care of it's online app or it's customers.Edit: Been banking here for years. The ATM machines are now slower and require multiple tries to deposit money. Each time takes a painstaking 5 minutes for some God awful reason just to process. It never counts all your money correctly and you just have to live with depositing a portion of it. Don't bank here. They keep letting me down and I can't facilitate their short comings anymore.

This bank has no signage on how to get to it. It is on the 2nd floor of the 50 S 6th building. You need to enter through the main doors and go up a hidden elevator, and around the 2nd floor maze, to find the bank. BMO Harris, why do you not have any signage that points people in the right direction?

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Took them almost 15 days to get my car payment out. After that I was told my automatic payment would not be actve for 45 days. Which I asked were you going to let me know just not tell me? He replied No. This bank is garbage. Will never work with them again!

Great customer service from Jeremy and the manager Tony. I been going here for about a year now with any account issues or information. They have always helped me with issues with my account. This is a great team, very good patients from Tony when it comes to handling important account issues regarding account information. Thank you BMO Harris for this excellent experience every time.

I have been going to this location for over a year as I now work Downtown. Nothing but great attitude by the staff every time I go in for my banking needs. Always a friendly hello and right away ask what kind of help I need. I've been with BMO for 10 years and this is my favorite branch!

One of their mortgage bankers bungled my mortgage application so badly that I had to scramble to find another bank to finance my home purchase so I could close on time. They never even bothered to apologize and still have not returned my $495 application deposit. Piss-poor service.
