I would highly recommend Stacy Newgaard as a mortgage banker, as well as her associates. Stacy helped my fiancee and I through the process of taking out a mortgage on our new house, and she was clear, generous, kind, and professional the entire way. She was prompt, thorough and thoughtful in her replies to any questions we had and guided us patiently through what may otherwise have been a stressful or complicated process. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly has a deep and experienced understanding of all things mortgage and home-finance related. My wife and I shopped around for financing for our first home, our selection of Stacy's team was one of the best decisions in our homebuying process. They were consistently available and happily provided thorough projections on homes we were looking at, so we could compare the differences across purchase prices, down payments, and loan terms. When it came time for submitting offers, they worked efficiently and effectively hand-in-hand with our realtor, ensuring we could put our best offer forward. After winning an offer on a dream home (finally!), this team ensured that my wife and I knew what steps were coming and prepared us on the path to closing. By the time we were signing the final documents at the title agency, we felt confident and informed about every page we signed. Stacy even met us at closing since our realtor couldn't make the appointment, just to ensure that final process didn't have any hiccups.
