My husband and I are first time home buyers who first met with Nathan in October of last year when our house search began. We didn't close until the very end of June this year, and he and his support staff were patient, helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process, despite facing more than a few hiccups and scheduling issues in the final weeks. I would absolutely recommend he and Bell Bank to anyone looking for a mortgage lender - first time home buyer or not.

Nathan and the team at Bell Bank were amazing in helping me finance my new home in Minneapolis. I explored going with my national bank, but quickly discovered the difference in responsiveness and customer service that the Bell Mortgage team provides. Nathan Marsten was recommended to us by multiple Realtors. He met with us via Zoom during our lunch to accommodate our work schedules. Once we decided to work with Nathan he and his team were available any time we had a question or needed documents prepared. Nathan was awesome to work with. We were unsure if we had eligibility for our VA home loan and within a few hours he had us approved! It was a great experience. We utilized Nathan and his team at Bell Bank to obtain a mortgage for a home purchase. So glad we did because buying a home is stressful. With Nathan and team on our side it made it a little less so.
