Half the time the door doesn't open at all, and the ads on the video teller were so loud I had to scream just to speak to my husband sitting right next to me. Other days it gave me headaches from repeating the ads so loudly. One of many reasons why I closed my account there

I was really looking forward to banking here but unfortunately I'll be closing my account this month because of this branch specifically. The guy who opened my account actually reopened my information after I left, got my number, and started texting me, which is a big no-no. He also told me he got the job because someone owed him a favor and he had to find some kind of work so his parents don't kick him out. I wasn't aware how unqualified you can be to be a banker. I'll always be wary about giving people access to ALL of my information after this incident, let's hope he still doesn't have it, yikes.

Man oh man, the service here is not great. If you value your time, don't go to this branch. They often don't have rolls of quarters, or good service to offer. My debit card was compromised on by birthday (convenient). Bank of America gave me no heads up that my card was compromised. I went to buy lunch, and the card kept declining. I checked the mobile app, and nothing seemed out of place. The mobile app actually said my debit card card is still active. I spoke on the phone with a representative and he informed me to go into a branch where they will provide me with a temporary debit card. When i arrived at the branch i waited for 27 minutes, only to be told that i haven't had an account long enough for them to provide a temporary debit card. I asked for a manager, and waited another 15 minutes to be told that he can't do anything to help me. FINALLY, the ONE Merrill-Lynch investment banker on site approached me and asked me why i'm frustrated. I told him all i need is a temporary debit card and i've been waiting for 40 minutes. He said let's sit down and figure it out, 10 minutes after sitting down i had a temporary debit card, and he changed one of my accounts so i won't be charged fees every month. The banker is great, the bank sucks.

I am giving Bank America because I was wiring some funds. I was only with them a few weeks and now closing my account and they didn't give me a reason why.
