Easy to find and get in and out. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Waiting room has automotive seats to sit in while you wait…. Cool idea, and comfortable for watching TV, or messing around on your phone.

Automotive Concepts did a wonderful job with installing a car starter. They were quick to resolve an issue I had with it. I even left my Stanley cup at their shop and they had someone personally deliver it to my home!!! Would highly recommend them to others! In a world where customer service is not always the best, you can count on Automotive Concepts.

I had a wonderful experience at Automotive Concepts in New Hope! My car remote starter wasn’t working. Cole at AC fixed it for me and helped me with my car fob as well. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone! I had his full attention and he answered all my questions. Will definitely go back in the future!

I had a leveling kit installed on my gmc 3500. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent a defective part , and it was installed on my truck. Cole, at automotive concepts was on top of all the warranty issues and was very helpful and went out of his way to keep me in the loop of everything that was going on with warranty and scheduling. The problem was eventually resolved, and thanks to Cole, it was seemingly painless. Thanks Guys! ??

I had a spray on bed liner installed on my truck. The technicians were friendly and answered all my questions in great detail. The bed liner turned out perfect. I will go back to Automotive Concepts for all of my projects.
I recently had new leather upholstery installed on my F150. It turned out perfect. This is not my first project with Automotive Concepts and every one of them have left me very happy with the results.
