Malcolm was exceptional! I walked in a frazzled mess, unable to figure out some issues with a new phone and he solved all our problems, going above and beyond to make sure the phone worked, and answered all my questions. He even checked our wireless plan to make certain we were receiving the best deals. Very professional, kind, patient, friendly, helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend this store and Malcolm! Thank you so much for an outstanding customer experience!

I had come in to try and resolve an issue, transfer services from Verizon to AT&T, and pre-order the new Pixel 8 Pro. The guy who "helped" me, Mark, basically turned me away and told me to come back when the phones were available in store. Umm... So anyway, I went to the Fridley location right after this and the employee there (lovely woman named Sammie) helped me above and beyond. Mark didn't even try. Take your services to the Fridley location instead. Most of the good reviews for this store are for employees that have now transferred to the Fridley location, including Sammie.

Amber was amazing!! She have helped out me and my sister on saving big money on our phone bill. Amber had such an amazing personality and great customer service! AT&T got our backs!!

I have a full-time job and drive part-time for Uber. I warn all my fellow Uber drivers about this place. Never go here for Uber inspections or any service. They are Rude, unprofessional and scammers!

Samantha was amazing! She was able to multitask and assist multiple customers while being the only employee in a busy store. She put customers before her own lunch break. I hope this isn’t a regular occurrence for her and that she has the help she deserves.

Samantha helped me the other day and was so wonderful! Decided to change from Verizon and ended up saving nearly 100$ a month (we are a family of 4). Should have totally came in sooner!! ??

I was in minneapolis for a short while to visit my daughter and buy her a phone on 4/7/22. Because of our tight schedule and knowing how busy AT&T stores can get, I scheduled a private appointment with a sales rep for 2 pm. When my daughter and I arrived at 2 pm, the sales rep was with a customer and said he’d be right with us. After waiting 15 minutes, I politely asked him about how much longer we could expect and showed him our 2 pm appt confirmation from AT&T. He said, “no one told me about it” and said it would be another 30 minutes as there was another two customers he needed to work with first. The sales rep didn’t apologize or seemed to care about our scheduled appt.I called another AT&T store (The Roseville one about 10 mins away), talked to a sales rep there and asked if we could come in 10 mins. She said “absolutely” and took my name down. We arrived there, she immediately met us with a smile, set up our new phone and we were out of there in 15 mins.I understand if the Sales rep at the Columbia Heights store never was notified of our appt, that’s AT&T’s fault. But once he was aware of it, he should have made an effort to work with us or at least apologize.I suggest not using this AT&T store and using the other nearby ones in Roseville or Fridley.
