The Atmosfere store is fantastic! I had a custom suit done here for my wedding day and the entire experience was handled with the utmost professionalism and expertise. The suit fit perfectly and looked phenomenal! On top of the suit, they helped design the rest of my wedding day outfit and recommended some shoes that I got compliments on for the entire wedding day. Amos and Jena were a joy to work with and I plan to return to Atmosfere in the future whenever I need a suit!

Review 8/10 *Groom shopped here prior for suits and had a positive experience
We were looking for a white/off-white suit jacket to go with the black suit pants/suspenders which we already owned. My husband needed minimal alterations and we got the last white jacket they had available which came in his size. Unfortunately, it was sold as a set and we had to buy the white suit pants. The store is usually busy and even with an appointment, one person is helping multiple customers. However, the stylist was helpful with a white shirt/black buttons, a bow tie, and a pocket square. The groomsmen were told to wear a black suit they already owned and a white dress shirt. Most of the guys had suits from Atmosfere from being a groomsman in previous weddings. We purchased pocket squares and bow ties for them at Men’s Warehouse. They had the quantities and style I was looking for. Then we gifted everyone Star Wars socks (the groom’s favorite)!

Timelines were not communicated well but everyone liked their suits for the wedding. One of the suits had a tear and needed to be fixed in 24 hours which it was.

If I could give Atmosfere "6 stars" I would! So, I need a suit for a Shinto wedding in Hiroshima Japan in mid-May. On the recommendation of a relative, she strongly recommended that I try Atmosfere.
I was initially reluctant; "Why do I need to travel all the way into downtown Minneapolis for a suit that I can purchase nearer to my home?", I thought to myself. Well ultimately, I was swayed by my relative's recommendation, so I reserved a one-hour "consultation" appointment on Atmosfere's slick, easy-to-navigate website.
So off I drove to the "hip and trendy" North Loop area of Minneapolis. This area is chock full with historic buildings, full of young, energetic, hard-working, and... hip and trendy people! I was out of my element! Despite this, I found parking on the street a few blocks down from Atmosfere, and soaked in the "hip and trendy" buildings as I walked to the suit shop.
I am so happy once I arrived!
The physical store is located in the basement of one of the above-mentioned historical buildings, directly on Washington Ave, and in the "center of the universe" of the trendy North Loop area of Minneapolis. Access the shop via a short set of stairs downward directly from Washington Ave.
I walked into the beautifully designed, and beautifully decorated suit shop, and was greeted by Jena, the owner. After discussing my suit needs for the wedding I will be attending in May, Jena went to work! She was a blur of movement, always seemingly evaluating in her mind my comments, thoughts, and needs, while simultaneously evaluating and displaying for me her stock of in-store suits, while keeping in mind my price points, and, of course, my body size!
I was given a FULL HOUR of exclusive time with Jena and her wonderful staff on my consultation appointment, and I ultimately chose a suit to order at the conclusion of the meeting. I felt absolutely no pressure, and instead walked away from the consultation relaxed and excited for my new suit to arrive into her shop.
Jena was/is a joy to work with for my suit needs, and as a result, I would strongly recommend Atmosfere for anyone's suit needs in the future. Price point was actually quite reasonable (I was truly surprised) despite the shop's location being in the "hip and groovy" North Loop, and the suit options were plentiful enough for me. Hey, I needed a BLACK SUIT, nothing fancy, right?!! haha. Seriously, Jena and her staff were wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and FRIENDLY!
Dings to the store: appointments via online scheduler is highly recommended, and I would highly recommend this so that they give you the one-on-one quality time they offered to me. Also, for us "non Minneapolis North Loop" (aka not "hip and groovy) people, parking can be somewhat of a challenge around the store - it's meter parking only throughout that area. There are pay lots around, I guess, but expensive. Plan extra time to find a spot to park. Atmosfere also does not rent suits, unlike places like the Men's Wearhouse, etc.
Pluses: Outstanding helpful and experienced staff, good suit options, prices are reasonable. Tailoring is part of the price, and turn-around time is OK. Shop makes you feel "special", which was super nice!
I thank Jena and her staff for making me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase. I can't wait to see my new suit in a couple of weeks from now!

Got the groom and 5 groomsmen fully dressed and good to go for a black tie wedding in only three months! I have read the other reviews on this place and you can tell they didn't follow the process. Get an appointment, set up a schedule, work with the staff and you will look great! I will be back.

I would recommend anyone to Atmosfere! I unfortunately wasn't able to join my husband in picking out a suit. I also have to admit that I was worried about what he would pick without me, but after talking to Amos I knew he was in excellent hands! He is very knowledgeable, stayed in our budget, and made us feel very comfortable. I absolutely LOVE the suit! He looks so good! Thank you Amos for all your help!

A wedding party I was in got our suits from here. They made an already stressful event incredibly more stressful for everyone involved. I felt awful for the groom having to deal with what he dealt with at this place. The customer service was atrocious. Despite them making mistake after mistake after mistake with the suits, they were very remorseless and rude. Shop elsewhere

Atmosfere has a rotating selection of unique men's formal wear. Great styles, cuts and patterns that can't be found easily elsewhere. The store is small and very clean, also has a great variety of neckties and suits. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with offering suggestions and getting the correct fit. Tailoring options available as well.

I learned how much I don’t know about fashion when I walked into Atmosfere. The employees are very knowledgeable; they picked out perfect color & design combos for our wedding party & family! They’re honest and unafraid to provide opinions - and their selection is vast & unique! I landed on a dark green suit for my wedding. It turned out amazing, and I got so many compliments on our day! The quality of the products & tailoring is impressive, we were overall happy with the experience.The only negatives I could say is that sometimes they seemed unorganized (couldn’t locate my suit at one point) and they were busy onsite - that’s not necessarily their fault, it was just difficult to get a ton of 1-1 time with employees if you walked in at the wrong time. They do offer appointments though, I’d suggest going that route!Photo by Loui Photography

Amazing Store! Staff is very friendly. I didn’t know we had to make an appointment and the store was very busy! However he still welcomed me in with open arms and help my needs. They have a great selection of Custom Suits, Casual men’s clothing and much more!! Book an appointment!

Overall happy with what we ended up with but we would not return.Pros: got a nice suit.Cons: Told my fiancé his suit would come in 3 weeks and it actually took almost 5 weeks. Environment is not friendly, very cold.We would have preferred any proactive communication when things were delayed rather than having to call for updates, especially since they knew our timeline.
