Impossible to deposit checks when they aren't open past 5, open until 6 on Friday but still no good with forced overtime working 6 days a week. The bank app deposit is failing to take pictures. Considering all the other issues I've had over the years including the closing check for my mortgage, bank associates not wanting to take no when I tell them I'll manage my own retirement funds while upgrading my savings account, and canceling my perfectly good ATM card for no reason without notice, just problem after problem after problem with very poor customer service every time I call... they never answer the phone locally.

I really like this bank. Shabir is the manager and is very friendly and goes out of his way to assist with banking needs. In a time when many businesses are struggling to get employees, the staff at this location do a wonderful job.

They have the nicest bank tellers! When I was trying to save my money for a new car Tracy helped me and supported me. They act like a good friend here! I would recommend to anyone to bank here.

I have heard many things about this bank's unethical loan practices and now I have seen them for myself. Avoid this bank at all cost. Associated Bank services my mortgage loan. This year I wanted to prepay my taxes. I called their loan department to find out if they would suspend my impounds for the year if I prepaid or what I needed to do. I was advised that I would have to continue my impounds but that after the dates the mortgage installments were due they would confirm they were paid and then send me my refund for the overages. They did this after my May installment. After my Oct tax payment date I called Associated Loan services where I was told they no longer will send the overages I will have to wait until next May. That gives them my money for 18 months. This is not what they told me when I made my initial call. They can confirm that my taxes are paid. They can confirm that they have all that money in my escrow account as an overage. They originally told me they would refund after confirmation of tax payment and now they will not release my funds.

Horrible bank. I have tried to get my online account set up for over a year and they continuously say "'I don't know' what the problem is." And do NOTHING to fix it. Their app doesn't work so if you want to be able to see what your balance is quickly on the go, too bad. Their customer service is horrendous and the overall bank system is unbelievably disorganized. They got both my social security and birthday wrong on my account. How? No idea since they had my social security card and licence IN THEIR HAND when entering it in. One day when I was on the phone with a confused customer service guy (he had no idea what the problem was, like everyone else) he even -- rather unprofessionally, though he was probably the most normal non-condescending person I spoke to from this bank -- said that he was going to switch over to the bank but after working in customer service decided not to because of all of the issues the bank experiences. I'm not kidding, he actually said that! Ridiculous. I'm switching over to another bank later this week.

This is a great bank however they won't let me have 2 checking accounts anymore without a fee since I turned 24. 4 years of business and you can't wave it for me? Well I'll be closing my account and moving on. Found a bank I really like to bad they don't care about losing a member.

If I could give this bank more then a 5 star rating I would all the bank tellers are very polite and not only very respectful and polite but they are also experienced and know what they're doing behind the table unlike a T.C.F or wells Fargo that have younger workers there that are like 18 years of age and barely know how to count and is unexperienced. The managers at associated are great always trying to help if there's something that is a problem or you don't understand and will go out their way to fix the problem. Associated Bank is the bank for me and if you like a good trust worthy and honest bank with experience this is a bank for you then also. 10 rating

The tellers are very nice, it isn't awkward at all. Even talked to the bank manager because i had some questions and he was happy to help.
