“My daughter and her roommates have just signed on for their third consecutive year at The Station, and as a parent I have been very pleased with their choice! The location cannot be beat, their apartment is in great condition, the amenities are good and management was quick to reply to me when I had a suggestion several months ago. This last round of re-signing went smoothly, with Maddi helping facilitate some updating of info - so pleasant and prompt to work with!”
“I lived at the Murals for a year and a half; the team that works here is phenomenally on top of things. My favorite part is the HUGE windows, and having a unit that faces Garfield is quieter with less foot traffic in the hallways.”
“Just got home from a really run happy hour with our new furry friend neighbors at Odin. Great job Maddie and Noah! You are great event planners! We are so thankful to have found a property that is well cared for. And, the best part--we have great neighbors ? We are just beginning our 3rd month here at Odin. The management team knows what they are doing and their work is supported with the necessary funding. How refreshing! We have deep experience with apt living focused on enjoying the best Minneapolis has to offer. Odin is earning high marks from me.”
“HQ is a modern, warm option for housing. There’s a sense of community thanks to the welcoming common areas (including a library!) and regular events to bring people together. The signature scent of the property is a nice touch!”
“Made the right decision and choice for renting here. 5 star apartment building and neighborhood. Couldn't be more happier with what it provides for tenants. More like living in a condo. Would recommend to anyone to check out this place! ?”
“As always the Be @ Axon Maintenance team completed our request quickly and with the upmost professionalism! Shout out to Pascual for coming in and getting our sink fixed quick/quiet while I was working in the other room! Thank you to Mark and his amazing team of maintenance professionals for always taking care of us!”
“This is a community not an apartment complex. Im so happy to call the Foundry my home. I love the staff. Molly, Cat and Will do a great job and keep and keep an open line of communication. The building is well built and maintained. The residents are so friendly! I love living at the Foundry.”
“I love ❤️ living here at Woodhaven, I have lived here for 4 years, and it is a great place to live!!
I have had No problems with my apartment and when I did they came out with and fixed the problem, and when the fire ? happened in 2023 I was living in apartment 259 where the fire happened, they didn’t hesitate to get me in another apartment and now I live in apartment 227 the company was great to me
On getting into a new apartment and making my transition to a new apartment very easy!!❤️”
“Best place to live in my 8 years living in the cities. Loved how easy it was to contact management. Amanda was very helpful. They were willing to assist with any email I sent them. Very comfortable and well set up apartments. My only issue was the cost of rent going up. I did not want to leave. But the studio space was no longer affordable. Like everywhere else. Though rent is high, the Rosa had a standard of living that was adequate for an individual to live within their human right, meeting all basic necessities . That standard should be met by all rentals across the metro and not seen as luxurious or unobtainable by the majority of the public/working class like myself. However, it is.”
“This building is truly a unique gem in Minneapolis! I absolutely love the staff and the character.
I also love the fact that Loring Park is within walking distance.
Two of my favorite Loring Park spots to check out when you move in: Gai Noi and Fawkes Alley Coffee!”
“I very much enjoyed living here. You’ll hear different stories from all the residents, but by far the funniest one I’ve read about is how “dangerous” it is. It’s not dangerous, it’s living in a major metropolitan area close to downtown. Yes, shady stuff does happen outside sometimes. But have I ever felt unsafe living here? Absolutely not! The building is very secure, both the entryway and the garage. The apartments are wonderful on the inside. I particularly love the fact that I had in unit laundry as well as fridge with an external ice-maker/water dispenser. The walls are super thick. I never heard my neighbors, unless I went out in the hall and they never heard me. There was plenty a night I was blaring music and never got a complaint. Common areas were nice, I liked how Angelica regularly hosted resident get togethers to foster a sense of community. Only downside is there is no fitness center. However, they do subsidize your LA fitness membership across the street. I was within close proximity to anything I could ever want, and the lake is just a couple minutes stroll away. The Green Way is super close. Multiple restaurants, bars, you name it, It was very much within walking distance. The prices are amazing for what you get. Angelica is hands-down the best leasing agent I have ever met in an apartment. She’s super approachable, very friendly, quick to answer any questions. She gets things done. When the manager left, I was very surprised they never made her manager because she literally ran that place so well.”
“This is a fun place to live at! The amenities are nice and the workers are helpful. I've lived here for a couple years and have enjoyed the location and my apt.”
“My mother moved in to Nokomis Square right after the pandemic and was warmly received by neighbors and staff. For her it is the perfect balance of comfort, lovely environs, friendly folks and independence- she loves it! We always enjoy visiting her there, with the added benefit of the guest suite for us out of town family members!”
“Ive been living here for some time now and love it. Tracy has been the best manager I’ve ever had, she is quick to answer any question and offer help when needed. Everything about this place has changed for the better since she has been here”
“I loved living at the Camerata and was a resident for almost 2 years. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the second floor and paid about $1900 monthly total for one car underground and pet rent from 2021-2023. Maintenance was quick to respond (they live in Hoigaard Village too), rent felt fair, and the amenities were great. It was nice that all amenities at all buildings were accessible to any resident. The underground parking was awesome, even though sometimes there’s trouble with the fob system. The pool at the Camerata can get really busy and parties happen during the summer but everyone is friendly and inviting. Management changed hands while we were there but Kelly was there the whole time we were, and she was lovely to work with. I recommend living here to friends & family who are looking in the area. You’ll love it here.Pro tip: moving takes a LOT of effort in these buildings because they’re so big (especially the Camerata), so hire movers. You will absolutely get your money’s worth.”
“I personally lived at the Knoll Dinkytown in the past for Undergrad for 2 years and now live in the Bridges while I complete my masters. Love the location, how spacious my bedroom/common area is in my unit, and how big my bedroom is! Recently been using the gym equipment as well and very much so enjoy this to have so easily accessible.”
“A great place for students to live in. I hardly leave reviews but I should commend on the meticulous effort and attentiveness by one of the employees Johnathon, as he has always been on the go in answering my questions and making sure my concerns are addressed. I take pride in calling Solhaus a home.”
“I love the Quads On Delaware. The staff is great and the amenities are amazing. It's extremely affordable and I would recommend it to any person not only students looking for a nice, fun place to live. I moved here from New York and couldn't have found a better place to start my journey in Minnesota”
“Great layout within each unit! The intimate patios are a huge plus for these unique units. The proximity to downtown Minneapolis is superb as you just walk across the Stone Arch Bridge & you are right in the middle of the city. Highly recommended for city explorers & people eager to venture out in the great city of Minneapolis. Check it out!”
“Living at East Bank Communities is awesome! They always answer any questions and are super friendly. The new manager has done so much in the last few months for residents to make us feel like he really wants students to be here and feel comfortable. Thank you East Bank Communities!”
“My experience in working with the staff at Marquee Apartments has been exceptional. The staff are continually welcoming and warm, and the Property Manager, Tom, has proven himself to be dedicated to his residents and providing a wonderful complex to live in.”
