I phoned APA about having a ramp installed, 2 actually. My first phone call went unanswered. I tried again a few hours later and spoke to a woman. I explained what I needed and she said someone would call me back. This was Wednesday afternoon. No phone call. I phoned them again the following Monday and spoke with a male this time. He had a record of my call and promised someone would get back to me. My phone just rang and it was APA returning my call 7 WEEKS LATER! These folks are terrible. DO NOT USE THEM

These people are so inconsiderate of others. They are the worst of the worst when it comes to getting anything from them they overcharged. I have been waiting for MONTHS to get a charger for my scooter and all they seem to know is how to bill the county and make excuses for everything else. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone . Their service sucks

Tried to purchase a scooter from APA through Sarah last week. Spoke to her over a few days. She returned a quote, we spoke delivery chg. After trying to get in touch with her she called back(while she was eating), and asked me what I wanted? Explained what I was calling about. This is about 1:30p on Thursday. Sent an email to her asking when I could take delivery. No response. Sent again on 6/5 and waited for a response. Zero! Called APA this morning and was disconnected once and 2nd time to an extention that kept ringing...Not an insurance deal, cash money and Sarah new that from our first conversation last week.Had to order from another company out-of-state.

They were great. I brought a couple of scooters in for repair. We live over 20 miles away. It was well worth it, they were very fair with the repairs and reasonable. Plus, they were nice to deal with. I appreciated that very much especially since that isn’t always the case these days everywhere. They have a nice showroom as well. I will be back again.

Really poor service and communication during the process. I had to wait a very long time for a new walker for my mother. Now, 1 year later, they sent yet another bill yesterday, even though I had to pay prior to picking it up last March. Can't wait to find out what this is all about.

The repair service here is terrible! We have a lift chair. It broke about a month after we got it. We had to wait a month for them to get the part in that they needed to repair it. After it was repaired, it worked for about 6 months, then it broke again! So again, first we had to wait a week before they could even have a repairman come out here. Then it took quite a while, not quite a month this time, for them to get the motor they needed. This time it only worked for less than 3 days! What is going on?????

When I notified APA that my walker needed to be repaired I heard back from Sam right away and in a couple of days Kevin came over and repaired my walker in a short time. The parts he replaced my old ones's with were better than the originals. And, he was friendly and polite. I'm very grateful for their excellent customer service.

I have dealt with this medical supply company for several years now. Are they perfect? No. However, I have had the best experience; the most most and honest information regarding equipment. As it relates to some of the policies that may not directly come from them but they have to adhere to and work with to complete orders that can sometimes get a little hairy. Which then turns into frustration for the consumer, but even then APA staff is still friendly, working on your behalf Andy trying to fulfill the consumers orders. I have would recommend this company. They are better then any other one that I have dealt with.

I have had issue after issue with this company! They are constantly taking forever to get my equipment! They took my lift chair for repairs and told me that it would take a day to repair and then ended up having it for months!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
