This company is a joke. I ordered a pet carrier. Was sent a dog jacket insteasd. I have been trying to get a refund now for OVER 2 MONTHS. Do no order from his company.

We ordered carriers that arrived later than we hoped, so I asked to return them (immediately, unopened). I submitted a request through Facebook, and through the site, but we have not heard back in over a week. These people seem to be either terrible at running their business or thieves.
