Nice, classy showroom floor. More variety than expected. Small area for kids to play while while parents browse. Went with my husband, who was shopping for a new stove. The gentleman offering to help me was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the gentleman helping my husband was less so. Despite being willing to pay for delivery, we were told that we were out of range (at 45 miles), so we wound up not purchasing anything.

Lynne was really helpful when I came into buy a new washing machine. It was delivered quickly, and I’m caught up on laundry again! I even got to meet her pup (who was just visiting for a few minutes). AC Carlson was highly recommended by my appliance repair tech (SergPro) and he definitely was right!

From the sales floor with Matt giving me all of the details, to the amazing delivery guys, buying a washer and dryer here could not have been easier or more flawless. Their service is top tier and we will be back to buy other appliances as needed. These guys are really great!

We were so appreciative, dazzled and amazed when you (Lynn) brought over the cooktop cleaner and looked over the installation of our appliances. In the quality literature that act of kindness would be labeled "delighting the customer". Or as Buzz Lightyear would say "to infinity and beyond". That is the kind of service and focus on the customer that does not exist. Thus we put it in the appliance sales' Hall of Fame. I see no reason why anybody would buy an appliance from anyone else but AC Carlson.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!! 5 stars to Dave (sales) and Luke ( delivery).Dave was spot on with expert advice on the refrigerator we purchased and saw to it that we got same day delivery, far exceeding our expectations!!! Thanks Dave!Luke did a fantastic job with the delivery and haul away of our old refrigerator. He was extremely friendly and polite. Thanks Luke!!!

Dave and his team are fantastic to work with. I purchased a range and hood from them and the process was very smooth. Highly recommend AC Carlson!
