From the minute the team walked in and introduced themselves, I knew it was going to be okay.
I'm pretty high strung, so it was great to feel reassured. My move was confusing, because I had so much junk that had to be separated out from what was actually going, but they did a great job.
This is the second time I have moved with AAA. The first time was excellent, so I went ahead and booked again. Enough time had elapsed that I wasn't sure it would be equally wonderful. It was.?
I gave her five star rating to my packers in the above info is about them.
The actual move happened today and it was way above expectations, and my expectations were high. The estimate was for four hours and it was done in two. Get nothing was rushed everything was carefully placed and everyone went out of their way to get things set up exactly the way I wanted it. I can't say enough good stuff about this company.

We used AAA for my mother's move into her apartment and it went wonderfully! The price was accurate and sane and the service was fantastic. When approaching another move (for things into storage and to Bridging), I was grateful to know exactly whom we'd call, and again, the experience was quick, professional and a great value! I'm happy to have AAA Movers in my list of resources.

We loved our experience with AAA Movers and are glad that we went with them over a few other places we got quotes. They were very easy to work with and I really appreciated the office person’s detailed info and personable attitude as I went over details with her. (I forget her name!) They sent us an electronic quote via email and then immediately followed it up with a phone call. She answered all of my questions fully.
Our movers day-of were Quon, DK, and Kacey and we couldn’t be happier with their work! I was surprised at how young they were and was a little reticent based on that but I needn’t have worried. They were fast and efficient, while also being careful with our items. We didn’t have any damages at all! I saw some reviews that did have damages and experienced a tough time with that, so I cannot comment on that area. We also ended up having a number of extra boxes than we gave as an estimate during the quote and they still finished within the expected time frame.
Once they were unloading the furniture to the house we also had them move items around a couple of times. First they moved items we were keeping from the previous owner to where we wanted them, then we also had them move some furniture around to different rooms when we realized how we thought the layout would be didn’t actually work. I think they moved one desk at least 3 times.
Our final invoice was in the range we expected, even with the extra work. It was toward the high end of the range but still not the highest amount.
Not only all of that but we had unexpected rain that day but they remained cheerful and efficient, and were careful to protect our items from the rain that needed it. They had lots of furniture blankets and straps to keep things secure and undamaged.
The movers were also very polite and courteous of any request we had. We think they more than earned the tip we gave. I do wish they had informed us they were going to take a lunch break between packing up the truck and arriving with it to the new house to unload, but we weren’t super concerned as we guessed that was what was happening based on the time of day. (This is the reason for not full 5 stars.)
I would definitely recommend AAA Movers and these movers specifically to anyone!

Our move went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend AAA movers. We had a complicated two step move with two different crews and all went well. They were efficient, friendly and very neat.

Excellent job. the movers were very polite, well mannered, and friendly. They wrapped my furniture and had them transported safely. I would highly recommend this company. no damages to my furniture were noted.

I was helped by Mike and Norman. It was over 90 degrees on a sunny August day, and they were friendly, quick, and professional. I was moving all of my stuff into a one bedroom and I trusted them (and the massive moving truck used) completely. This was my first time using movers, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Great experience.

They snapped the top beam of my sofa, ripped the upholstery, and cracked the base of my ottoman.
But according to the AAA Movers' assessment done from their computer, the furniture was "protected" in saran wrap and therefore they are not responsible.
This is ridiculous, and I highly recommend anyone to search elsewhere for movers.

We have done several moves and this was the best moving company we have had. The communication from the beginning was clear and concise. The crew (Julius, EJ, Leah, Carter, Kydae) were efficient, careful, engaged, smart, and fun. Erik, the lead, was very communicative throughout the day and managed the crew in a positive, supportive way. Evan showed up to help because the day ran longer than anyone expected and ended up organizing a whole basement worth of boxes into shelves in storage rooms, which was above and beyond and enormously helpful to us. I would hire this crew every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Thanks y'all!

Could not have asked for a better moving crew! Friendly, worked very hard, took care in moving our items, fast and efficient. Great communication prior to move from the estimate to the final bill. Highly recommend AAA Movers.

Kevin and Terell worked efficiently, they were respectful of both the place I moved to as well as the place I moved from. They respected our items and were professional and thorough. I would hire AAA again!!
