I actually discovered this amazing shop and seller on Instagram. I was so jealous that I could not buy anything as I am in Boston. Thankfully she can ship and as a result I know have three beautiful paintings from a rare bird antiques. The owner was so personable and helpful. The whole experience was seamless and very pleasant. I know I will be keeping my eye out for other gems. Thank you!!

had an amazing time at this antique store yesterday.,,, and today! never knew such a gem could exist! i bought one side table last night and then after sleeping on the ideas of some other pieces i went back this morning to get some more! prices are super reasonable. the owner was so nice and helpful- even helped me bring the pieces out to my car! will definitely be visiting again! new favorite antique shop!

I have purchased multiple items from this antique store with exceptional customer service, quick response time, great communication, and quick shipping. The only thing that would make the experience better would be getting to visit the shop in person. Lovely items always delivered in flawless fashion. My favorite treat to myself is a day at the 50th and Xerxes shops. A Rare Bird is so perfectly curated and delightful. I've found a beautiful canopy for my daughter's room, and several other treasures over the years. Such a gem of a store!

I loved visiting here earlier this week, and look forward to my return someday. My favorites were the ribbon and paper items. I told the shop keeper about an antiquing tour of southern France that I will soon do, and hope to see her there!
