We had water leaking in our basement. They were able to come out pretty quick and did the job quickly! I was impressed with how friendly and thorough they were. Fixed the problem and explained things we could do to prevent further issues as well! Very happy with our experience!

Koegel installed a new water treatment and whole house water treatment system for us. From initial contact with Dana to meeting with Curt, all correspondence was handled timely and professionally. They took measures to keep the house clean during their work, and left with the area very neat. Very pleased with the work they did, would highly recommend!

Koegel Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job repairing and installing our toilet, sink and shower. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, easy to work with, and knew exactly what problems we had with our existing toilet, sink and shower. All repairs are working like new and look great. Cost was reasonable compared with other companies. Great job cleaning up after their work was completed. Kurt also installed two water softeners for us at two different locations. He is “our” plumber. He’s a problem solver, which has really helped us with our lake home, especially when we didn’t live here full time like we do now. We struggled and struggled trying to figure a plumbing problem. I looked online and saw Koegel had good reviews. When I called they answered the phone, followed up when they said they would, showed up earlier than promised and called to let me know that they would arrive early. They found a solution to our problem almost immediately. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else!! Kurt and Ethan were courteous, respectful, and did top-notch work. We received an estimate within 24 hours of their visit here. They efficiently rerouted water and gas lines for the on-demand water heater. Both were knowledgeable and professional. We had very little cleaning up to do after they completed their work.
