Wow. These kids working have never had an ounce of customer service training. To be looked at with a blank stare,not greeted, not told how much you owe,or even a thank you. I hope management can improve on this or they will be losing my business at the very least.

Slowest service ive ever had in a gas station. And its stock has been really bad. Some things have been empty for more than a couple weeks. I come in all the time expecting it to be better but it never changes.

The gas station portion is fine. The Champs Chicken portion is absolutely terrible! First, it’s extremely challenging to find anyone to get you food. Second, the food was not very good—it appeared it was sitting for hours under a hot lamp. This is the second time I’ve stopped and both time were equally displeasing. Will not waste another stop there again—continue into Alexandria...it is worth the extra 10 minutes
