Precision Imports has an awesome Staff and Service department. They worked with me on a NOW mutual customers VW for a DEF issue we at Valders Vehicles were not able to address due to software constraints. Even gave my wife a ride home during the process. They go the extra mile for their customers to be completely satisfied with their experience. Thanks again to all involved.

I have owned three Volkswagens and now I have a BMW. Precision Imports in Milaca, Minnesota and the Ringman family have serviced and repaired all of them with reasonable rates, outstanding service, and ethical practices. Their shop has a very comfortable waiting room, with a shop floor so clean you could eat off of it and now they have Super Nova (adorable working bulldog puppy).

I recently had our bmw 530xi oil changed at Precision Imports. The service was excellent, I was very impressed with their facility it was very neat and clean. The waiting area was very comfortable also. I would highly recommend them for all your service needs.

Additional review. Had a brain teaser of an issue. PI worked with us to get it resolved. Had a loaner to get me home and use until repairs were done. Q5 runs great again.
