I was on my way to osseo to a bridel shop to get my dress and we broke down up the street from the body shop and the young man helped me and my daughter out, he changed the spare in like 2 minutes, the kindness he showed us was so awesome, we tried to pay him for his services but he wouldn’t take it, God blessed us with this kind stranger, I give so many thanks to him. Thank you.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We had a conversation with the owner about a specific vehicle on his lot. We arranged to see it the next morning, Saturday 2/22. When we arrived he was visibly shaken. He began to trip over his words while explaining that another party had called an hour before and that they were on their way. He said they were coming from two hours away and that he had promised to hold it for them. He asked how far we had driven (as if this question should have any relevance.) We wanted this vehicle and we offered him full price, cash on the spot. He would not sell it to us! Instead he beat around the bush mumbling that he would feel bad about going back on his promise but that he wasn't interested in their trade - a Ram truck with high miles - so maybe he could still sell the car to us. He told us he would call us either way and let us know the result. We killed some time in the tiny town waiting for his call which never came. On Tuesday, 2/25 I noticed the car was still listed on his website so I called to inquire about it. Immediately he started babbling apologies. He said he was "too nervous to call us so he never did." I am not sure whatever happened to first come first served, but it clearly doesn't exist at this dealership. I expected much more professionalism and to be treated fairly and this was not our experience.

Drove 6 hrs to purchase a truck. When I called Jeff was straight forward on the phone and was just as great in person when i arrived at the dealership. He had a great personality. I will be in contact with him again for more auto purchases.
