I took my vehicle in for the first time and experienced exceptional service from the gentleman who took my call. They replaced my rotors and brakes and we're honest about my rear brakes being fine and asked to last a bit. When I got my car back my brakes felt like a brand new car! Most of the time when you get a brake job the brakes never feel as responsive as they do when they're new but somehow at Hi-Tech they made it happen I will be a return satisfied customer

If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so enthusiastically! I had engine trouble in my vehicle that had me scared and ready to junk it for scrap metal money. Wayne and Tom were incredibly helpful, outstanding customer service. Wayne went above and beyond taking a look at my vehicle 10 minutes before close. Wayne quickly identified the issue and tracked down the needed part, stayed after store hours to install the new part (it was like watching Patrick Mahomes take the chiefs from their own 1 yard line for a touchdown with less than a minute left in the fourth quarter with no time outs!!!)!! These guys got my car running like a top again, all for a very reasonable price and I must say again, top notch and above and beyond customer service! These guys saved me thousands and I don’t have to buy a different car because of them. Thank you Wayne and Tom! Give these guys a raise!

Can't say enough good things about the quality of service here. Was driving through from out of state and had to take my car in after getting it towed. I was told it'd be at least a week or two until it could get looked at, until an employee (thanks Wayne!!!) offered to take a look for a quick fix. Pretty soon a handful of people were under the hood, swapping out parts trying to diagnose the problem. I ended up leaving with a pretty good idea what the issue was(i am not car savvy at all, Wayne explained things very clearly) , and peace of mind that the car was fit to drive to another mechanic that could get it in, all completely free of charge. Highly recommend, they really helped me out in a pinch

While driving home to Northern Minnesota in the evening, my 2008 Acadia started independently swerving all over the road. Was a couple miles south of Milaca on 169. Dropped the Acadia off at Hy Tech and left a note for them. Spoke with Chris the next morning. They analyzed the problem - a misadjusted steering angle sensor and severely out of alignment from the previous repair not performed by Hy Tech. They got to my car and got it back to me within the week. The whole thing cost less than $90, which included realigning the steering angle sensor rather than replacing it (a savings of nearly $400). The staff at Hy Tech was extremely friendly and efficient. Even though we live quite a ways away from Milaca, I will take my truck back to Hy Tech for future repairs/maintenance if at all possible. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
