12/31/22 About 2:00 pm. When the pump didn't work the elderly woman working talked down to me. Frequented Holiday on Central Ave for years. Not anymore.

I used to stop here all the time. This morning I decided to stop because the 'other' gas station in town is a little further out of my way. There was a semi unloading (not a big deal). One of the two employees was trying to make an impression on the delivery driver, I guess. Hearing a customer-service rep swear is a turn-off for me. Perhaps not to some, but I believe that if a service rep doesn't care about their language at work, they probably don't care about much else, either. The place was hopping and the foul-mouthed girl decided to go smoke and check her phone. The guy behind the counter seemed a little irritated by this. I would have been too. I won't be returning. The place seems like a dive now. The 'other' store has more class.
