I was in the market for the MarCum Pursuit HD L underwater camera. I could not find one anywhere. No one had them in stock, not even the manufacturer (I checked). I saw that Fish House Toys claimed to have them in stock. Being apprehensive, I emailed them to verify. I was shocked to get a response from Gabe so late at night. Gabe verified that he had several in stock. So I placed the order late Wednesday night and it was delivered on Friday morning. Super fast service! Great communication! I would buy from Fish House Toys again without hesitation.

I ordered at 10:38 AM yesterday and had my augurs delivered by noon today! I couldn't believe it! Plus the Strikemaster 40v Lithium augurs are sold out just about everywhere but these guys had them! I was very impressed by their speed on processing online orders.

Amazing customer service! Accidentally placed and order for the wrong item at 8:56pm on a Sunday. Emailed the store and Gabe Gisrud responded back within 10 mins with confirmation of cancellation. Not to mention he shipped out my order the very next day, and I got it at my doorstep today!!

I recently purchased a Marcum MX7 from FishHouse Toys. I received the unit, took it out of the box and it worked great. The second time I used it I had issues with the GPS. I made one email to Gabe and he went out of his way to try and help me figure out what the issue was. He contacted Marcum for me, on a Saturday night, and I received an email from Marcum that evening. Marcum sent me a return postage paid slip, and is taking care of me.Gabe has the best customer service, hands down. It's personal, personable service. I recommend this company to everyone.Thank you Gabe.

This place is a complete scam. BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy from this place. Horrible customer support. Even had the nerve to claim I attempted to scam them. How to you tell a customer something like that when you have zero evidence of such. I took my business elsewhere. Get over it.
