Had a small issue with an order I placed. Reached out to Gabe with my troubles, and he was very responsive. Went well above and beyond what was necessary to make things right. Corrected the order and had it shipped out the next day. Will definitely order from again, really stand out customer service!

Top notch!! Gabe answered my email on a Saturday, 2 days after I put my online order in, and let my buddy pick up the order on a day they were closed!!! No questions asked!!!
Eskimo auger was in brand new condition with a damaged box title!!!

I ordered the 8 inch polymer auger for ion generations 1 and Gabe was very helpful with what I wanted. Very friendly and took time for some fishing stories, which is good customer service. Auger got to montana in a timely matter and I mounted my moterhead, and it cuts ice like crazy. Thanks Gabe
