They charged me 1200 dollars and didn't even fix the problem had to get it towed to chevy dealership from there repair shop and it cost me another 700 dollars because chapman broke the connector. DONT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE A JOKE

Didn't have the tires that I ordered so i ended up having to get the more expensive tires and also had to take my own old tires and dispose of them because i only had enough for what i was quoted with the less expensive tires. You'd think they would have just disposed of them for me since it was their screw up with the tires and not mine but nope... also kind of expensive. Besides that the people I talked to and dealt with were nice but I also just went along with everything and didn't really argue even tho I was not happy.

Honest, thorough, and kind! I highly recommend Chapman's.I had an urgent problem with an old car; I puttered to a stop on 169 after which I discovered a cozy mouse nest under my hood and my gas gage had been not at all reliable. There were plenty of reasons this car was in a bad way. I found Chapman's based on an urgent google search & had my car towed in. In spite of the age of the car & the confounding issues, they followed the simple path & .. added fuel. The bigger problem was that some enterprising person had siphoned the fuel out of my tank the night before.In spite of being very busy, the kind office staff and mechanics that I spoke with were thorough and thoughtful. Support your local mechanics!

A great shop that was able to schedule me in quickly. Their front desk was very helpful getting me the service I needed. Their staff was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. The mechanic went above and beyond ensuring that the underlying problem got fixed, and answered all my questions. Will be returning if I need any in the future.Service: Tires
