This was the single most complicated transaction I ever went through and April was available and responsive throughout. I started with many worries and she dealt with each one as they arose. A great pleasure for me to have to much help and best of all completed so quickly. My deepest gratitude for all the wonderful help she and her group provided.

I was in dire need to get the process completed very quickly and April did so much work behind the scenes to help me find my perfect home super fast. Communication with April was wonderful, I had a lot of questions and she was so sweet and patient with me. April Leonard is a very caring and kind real estate agent. She was wonderful to work with she tries to be very thorough very good communication skills. I would like to say thank you very much for helping us to find our perfect home. I believe that April has to do a lot of work for the money that she does get paid I feel that it was worth every penny!

We were in a position where our land lord was not going to sell us her house any more and need to move back in before our lease was over. April Leonard worked hard to find us a place to call our own. While both of us work long hours every week she found us a home to work for. To come home every night and take that breath of country air and complete peace is a feeling that I can not always explain. We are eternally grateful for the time and work she put in to helping us find a dream and truly a place to call home. Thank you my dear for all you have done for us.

April had done such a awsome job helping with the sale of my family farm. If there was anything that i had questions about, she tried to answer them as quickly and honestly as she could. She didn't try to "sugar coat" her answers and that's a major plus in my book. She had also done alot of the other things for me being that I'm a truck driver and didn't have the time to do most of it myself. So that was a huge plus for me. Then being she knew me otherwise from the past, she knew that my time was limited and went above and beyond what i had thought she would. Her professionalism was unmatched to anyone else that I have dealt with in the past. So anyone looking for a realstate agent that isn't affraid of taking on a challenge, she'll be more than willing to do just that.
