“Recently bought an Alpine Type R from these guys. They threw in a box for free. When I got home I discovered one of the coils was toasted. They took it back, apologized, and let me take home a Type E in exchange and didn't even have me pay the difference. These guys have always been fair with me and its the only shop I use anymore. Thanks again, guys!Update 2023: Bought a Galaxy Watch 3 from 'em. It was about half the price it would've been in-store. “I recently brought my jammed handgun into Freedom Firearms. Russ had never worked on this type of gun before but said he'd take a look. He called within 2 hours and said it was fixed and ready to go. Wow! Great customer service!
FYI ~ Prior to this, my gun sat at Bill's waiting to get fixed for over 2 months! They never got around to it before going out of business.
