My Honda Odyssey had been driving rough and shaking for several months. I've taken it in to two other mechanics and both have told me, "It doesn't shake when we drive it. There's nothing wrong with your vehicle." I drive it every day. I know it's not right.My husband took our van to Affordable Auto. They listened to his concerns, suggested a hypothesis and had it fixed by the following afternoon.We felt heard and valued as customers. We had an appointment and felt like the work was done in a timely manner, which made us feel like our time was valued. We were without our main family vehicle for less than 24 hours. We could not be more appreciative of the service we received. They gave us peace of mind and were friendly and helpful the whole time.

I called to see if I could get my car in to get the can filter replaced. She said its something that I could do on my own it was easy to do. I went to YouTube and searched for how to do it and bought the filter and did it myself. She saved me money by telling me about it! This place is highly rated and I would take my car here anytime I needed to get work done! Pleased with the experience over the phone!

Highly recommended! With businesses and even individuals today, it's hard to come by characteristics of honesty, concern for others, and integrity. The woman servicing calls and the mechanic that I talked with demonstrated all three of these characteristics. Considering that I was not a regular customer, and they didn't even know me, made these interactions even more noteworthy.Their schedule was completely full, yet they made time to squeeze in a diagnosis of my car problem in a very timely manner. The mechanic who called me was good at passing along bad news, and very thorough and informative on advising me how to deal with it. The woman answering my calls was an excellent listener, accommodating and patient.Now I totally understand why a girlfriend of mine has, for many years, trusted and been complimentary of this shop. When you're not knowledgeable about cars, auto repair shops can be a scary and expensive nightmare! Thanks so much for taking pride in your business and reputation, and for treating your customers with true respect.
