Shirley in cosmetics was very helpful.
The pharmacy is helpful with answering my questions.
They also remind me of vaccinations etc.that are needed.

Horrible pharmacy. Jared is incredibly rude and dismissive. He also hung up on me while I was on hold for the pharmacist.

Please avoid this location; they are understaffed. I waited more than 15 minutes and no one came to the photo department to help me; they got called twice by the cashier.

I have never had so many issues with trying to get basic medications filled, it seems like everytime I come there’s a new issue! The convenience is lacking even though I only live 3 blocks down the road, i will be switching locations! They don’t know how to add insurance to my account, and the insurance they tried and verified for me I had never even heard of. That seems like a HIPPA violation right there, obviously they added someone else’s insurance to my chart-hence why my meds aren’t being covered. Nobody knows what the hell is going on. I’m fed up with trying to explain how a primary/secondary insurance works.

Getting better I think because I got correct blood pressure medicine that has some benefits to help with my mild tremors (non-seizure) in my hands! :) I think I clearly did not need to blame this store for giving me wrong medicine that I knew they are same Verapamils with different colors, but Verapamil ER is best one than Verapamil SR in my opinion! :) that's why I needed to ask questions about medicines in the future before taking them.

Employee working the drive through thought they’d have fun at my expense- closed the drawer on me and laughed hysterically at me trying to get my scripts- unbelievable that they’d tolerate this type of insubordination

The staff is great and helpful, including the staff in the pharmacy. I always have a great experience when I have to stop by. And its never packed with people which I like.However, some customers get way too close for comfort when I am at the cash register. Personal space should still be a thing! Like back off! Damn!

Twice my prescription has not been available when desperately needed.I now have to cancel my appointment with my Dr due to walgreens not having my prescription available for my Dr to show me how to administrator.I am going back, very reluctantly to cvs.I can't stand cvs!But, they always have my prescriptions available...David Suga

I came to pick up my Rx at the pharmacy. I had some questions that unfortunately didn't get answers. I'm always polite and patient but the person helping me, Jared - the pharmacy technician, was very rude and unhelpful. I watched him treat the older couple ahead of me in line with the same impatience and contempt. Why work in a customer facing job if you can't manage basic courtesy? I am going to fill my prescriptions at a different pharmacy.

I normally don't care about the service I receive at a Walgreens but this locations employees are especially mediocre and unprofessional. I was helped by a stoned teenage boy who couldn't answer any questions or help me in any way. Instead, he laughed and basically stated he had better things to do. It was very strange and bad even for a bottom of the barrel employee.

Just had an awful experience with this pharmacy. The person I talked to on the phone was so unpleasant and unhelpful. Was told they didn't have the brand of rescue inhaler that insurance would pay for so asked for substitution, told not allowed by insurance (it's a rescue inhaler), it can't be ordered and pretty much go find it yourself. Asked to speak to pharmacist and that was not an option. I think we are done with Walgreens Pharmacies. They are too big and too many problems. Only advantage are the few that are open 24 hours.

Quick quality drive through service: made appointment for COVID test, in and out in less than 3 mins...staff put on mask and gloves when handling COVID kit and my id cards...received results in less than an hour...Thanks! ??

Ever since the previous pharmacist left and Andy is just a fill in. This place has turned into a literal nightmare. Store manager is probably the most condescending person I've met in a while and apparently simple math isn't there strong suit and neither is there system. The reviews about them being short on pharmacy techs are absolutely true and the disrespect I was treated with today will go to corporate and thank God I have the resources to actually make my complaint go somewhere because they definitely don't put customer service as a priority. Not to mention one half of the pharmacy staff does things one way and the other does it there way.

This used to be a great pharmacy. I traveled from MPLS after I stopped working in the area because it was so much better than my local Walgreen’s. It’s taken a sharp turn downhill this year, though. Some of the techs are great, but there has been a lot of turnover, and some of the techs are extremely rude and unhelpful. They have also made many mistakes in processing my meds this year. Really disappointing.
