He went above and beyond by staying after closing to ensure the complete transfer from my old phone to the new one.

Best Verizon store! Spent the last month trying to port a number, after visits to a different store and 3 calls to Verizon customer service, the number was still not ported over. Very frustrated until we came to this store. Matt, the store manger, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with us until the problem was solved. Thank you Matt!!
