“The best, most honest service I've had on my car that I can recall. Our 2 year old car was neglected being serviced (our fault) and when I took it in to the dealership, I was given a quote for a new engine for $16,000. I was considering scrapping the car. I had the vehicle oil flushed and brought it directly to Jeff, Sean and Doug at BP (Mendota/Rosemount - same owner). They did a full inspection of the vehicle and determined that I did not need a new engine. Two days later I am driving the car. I will never return to the dealership. I highly recommend these guys! Shop locally and support small business if you want honest estimates.”
“I can not thank this man enough. I came out here early Saturday morning from Illinois to pick up an suv and tow it home. The winch on our trailer stopped working. And after spending the entire day and evening trying to get a new one to work, we failed and ended up in a hotel. Today is Sunday and we spent all morning to find someone to help us and thought maybe a tow truck could get the suv on the trailer. James answered immediately and patiently listened to my dilemma. He was intrigued by the challenge and prompt to offer his assistance to see what he could do. This was by no means an easy task. The qx80 needed to be pulled out of an area, and then James needed to reverse his truck unto my back end and back up the suv unto the trailer. It took the work of james, my husband, and even myself, all working together to get it successfully unto the trailer. This was almost a 2 hr task. James was super detailed to make sure no damage was done to the suv as it was a super tight squeeze, but also to calm my nerves as I was very uncomfortable being so high steering this vehicle onto the trailer while having no brakes, on a hill, trusting him not to let me go or press a wrong button etc......my nerves were high. Once successfully on the trailer my husband asked for help tying the Vehicle down. Not only did he help, but we were short two straps so he met us at farm and fleet to ensure we got everything done safely. I'm beyond thankful for him and helping get us back on the road to home. I know everyone always looks at how much someone may cost, but his assistance and going above and beyond no price tag could measure. Thank you James. “My hyundai had been broken in for the last time. I have to say I was devastated my handle was torn off, drivers door lock busted to the brim, you know how the Kia Boyz are doing it now. I went to this place after being quoted $500+ multiple places (w/o paint). Finally came in, Ramin was super empathetic of my situation, gave a fair price of $340. I'd have to say after everything with my hyundai, I've had tears and all due to these break ins, $1000+ in repairs just due to the ignition system, busted windshield, ect. I think I did cry happy tears today, a little relief for myself and my car. Please go, it'll be worth it!”

“My Lexus was draining the battery every few days, and I had no idea what was causing it. They were able to quickly narrow down the issue to the heating element of my driver’s side mirror. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. It’s only my first experience but their expertise, fair pricing, and Dana’s excellent communication will likely make them my new go-to auto shop!”

“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”

“Above and beyond customer service. I came in with a tight budget, side view mirror gone a good amount of scratches on the drivers side . Took awhile to find the part (i have quite an old car) but they made sure to keep me in the loop the whole way and on top of that, they buffed out almost all of the scratches I had free of charge.
Car looks great and they have a great team there that clearly cares about their customers. Glad I chose this body shop, particular shoutout to Husein!”

I dropped off my vehicle that day and they had it ready by lunch time on Thursday. Was up front friendly and was half the price of victory auto and glass. This shop seems to care about you I will be coming back.”

“**Edited to say that after my initial review I was contacted by Tony at Superior Auto. He took the time to ask questions, look into the business records, speak to employees that handled my vehicle, and request all the information so he could fully understand what went wrong with my visit. He was proactive, helpful, and immediately offered several solutions. He reimbursed my visit, offered to have the car re-examined and was extremely kind and effective in working through this. I appreciated the response and his great demeanor, so I have changed my review rating.** Please go anywhere but superior for your car repairs! Honestly, it was a bad experience and they're even more untrustworthy than dealerships. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and to look into an acceleration issue I was having. When I got the call with the estimate from Chris, I was told I needed a new timing chain, that it was urgent and that it would be $5000. When I asked questions Chris was shifty and had very little details, and when I pressed for more answers he said if I didn't do it it wouldn't be drivable and that he does these "once a week with my kind of car". I felt very uneasy with him, didn't believe him, picked up my car (after paying $300 for the oil change, rotation and engine diagnostic which told them nothing) and brought it to the Honda dealer. The dealership ran a new diagnostic (for less money than superior charged me) and found the real issue. There's NOTHING wrong with my timing chain. There was a tear in an engine air tube that was causing the weakness, a $300 repair vs the $5000 superior wanted for a new chain. Superior just chose the easiest, most expensive thing to tell me without actually examining my car to see what was wrong. I sent an email to admin@superior and never received a response. They sent a text asking if I liked my service and when I said no and that I had complaints, there was no response. Really terrible service - and they didn't even fill up my tires with the correct amount of air. Who knows if they even rotated them?? I'll never go back. Don't trust them, and don't give them your money.”
